The hotel stay was pretty average. Things could have been maintained/ cleaned a little better. My biggest issue was upon check in i gave the manager a card to hold the room(that was his explanation) and i told him i would pay cash at check out. He said that wasn't a problem and finished checking us in. When checking out, i was informed by another employee that i had already paid for the room... although the issue didn't cause any financial problems, it was annoying that it shows the manager wasn't really listening.

Overall hotel was fine. Comfortable, safe, quiet.

It was very nice, and bed was comfortable. As far as Cleaning. The maids need to check under TV cabinet. It wasn't so clean with old food that got under it? Would stay again.

The front desk was amazing at check-in. The room was also top-notch. Our only negative comment would be breakfast. The breakfast area was not clean. I found a spray bottle of disinfectant to clean the table we sat at. The food items were not stocked! We (and others) waited for eggs and sausage. There were only a few slices of bread and bagels. Those items were never restocked. The breakfast was our only disappointment. We’ve stayed at your hotel many times. This was the first time we were disappointed in the breakfast.

Our toilet seat was falling off, the cleaning staff should have reported this, room was fair with cleanliness. When I went down for breakfast 45 minutes before closing they had no sausage or bacon left. It also seemed very picked over. Not sure if I would return again

The young lady that checked me in kinda rushed the process. Before I can place my ID back in my wallet, she was back in the office talking on her phone. After 2 hours in the room, I decided to turn the air off that had been going since I entered the room. The one in the bedroom had leaked on the carpet. So, it was soaked. I was not able to switch rooms and the manager would not be available until Monday. It was a Saturday. Outside that, it was a bad hotel.

Could not change channel on TV , seemed to be missing a cord , went to front desk , at 5:00 pm waitted about 10 minutes for anyone to show up. No maintenance person on site. Explained the situation got no help at all.

The stay was good with one hiccup. The facility was very clean and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. However, the bed was a surprise. It was much like a parallel of Goldilocks in which she chose the bed that was too firm. It may have been just me, but I believe that the bed was too firm for my liking.

We were there for a concert at credit union one amphitheater. It was a 10-15 minute drive. There is a Texas Roadhouse next door, otherwise you need to drive. Breakfast was good. The usual. Staff were friendly.

The staff was friendly. However, it took me 45 minutes of standing in line to check in - nearly causing me to be late to a wedding. The person in front of me was complaining about a double charge. Once I finally made it to my room, there were a few fast food drinks from the previous stay still in the fridge, missing lamp shades, and ants all over the desk. Wouldn't stay again.

The rooms were updated, but our first room had not been prepared so it wasn’t ready (at 5pm). We were given another room on a different floor (after we walked into a room with an unmade bed and a the air conditioning unit taken apart). The woman at the front desk was flustered and didn’t really apologize (she seemed annoyed about the situation but it felt like she was taking it out on us), but did get us a room. There were also two large spiderwebs above our beds that we had to remove so our kids would sleep.

The cleanliness and comfort were goo, no complaints there. Our room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay, but they did replenish with clean towels. Also, there were no spoons for things like yogurt and cereal. When we asked for spoons, we were told "We have no spoons." There are a multitude of stores in that area, I can't imagine why the hotel management didn't just get some from a store???

First the pool was closed for “decontamination “ then breakfast was shut down early. Website said 10am sign at hotel said 9, but they stopped putting food at 8:30. Having a pool and hot breakfast were key reasons for picking this hotel and we were disappointed with both. Desk staff were nice but the woman attending to breakfast was rude. We won’t be back.

Hallways were terribly unclean.

Rooms were FILTHY. The chair had a crust on the arms. There was something splattered on the wall. Looked like dried puke was all over the bathroom door. We stayed for a concert but seriously yuck. Couldn’t wait to get out of this hotel.

This was a nice place to stay for a couple of days. Clean, nice staff, convenient to highway. The pool was nice. And breakfast was good. I wish there were grab bars in the shower and the toilet was really short. Seemed older.

The room was not stocked with towels and wash clothes. The tv remote would only allow us one station. The air conditioner kept creeping to 75 degrees even though it was set on 70 degrees. However, the breakfast was good and the wait staff did keep all the food stocked and the tables clean.

The room itself was very humid and the carpets needs to be cleaned. The bathroom was ok cleanliness wise, but we had to ask for towels. Staff was nice. Continental breakfast was stale but the worker Was very kind and helpful.

Found hair on our pillows and towels. Drain in our shower didn't drain properly. And the showerhead leaked. Our body lotion, body wash, and shampoo were used. The seal was broken and there was dry lotion under the lid. So we know they were used. Smelled like a stinky shoe in our room. The stains on the carpet were awful. You could tell it wasn't vacuumed. Found ants in our bathroom. The water quality is terrible. The hard water dried out my skin and woke up with a sore throat from the dry air. The walls by the outlet were disgusting. Looked like a dry booger on the wall. I'm a professional cleaner and was appalled at how dirty it was for the price we had to pay per night. Even my fiance. We didn't want to take our shoes off. I used to work for country inn and suites when I was younger and the quality has drastically went down. Breakfast was barely stocked at all. The bakery display was completely empty. Had to wait in line to make a waffle since there is only one waffle maker and the batter had a gross after taste like it was expired, it had a plastic taste. I'm lactose intolerant and can't have milk so cereal was out of the question. Not sure why hotels don't give a dairy free milk option, such an easy fix. The heater for the egg warming container was way too high and burned the eggs. The only good experience was checking in at the front desk with a friendly gentleman. Will not be recommending or staying at country inn and suites any time soon. Management needs to step up.

Blood stains on the pillow cases. Basically dirty. Garbage on floor. A/C unit leaked all over floor in bedroom soaking the carpet. Carpet was filthy to begin with. Mostly smell. Gross. Stains on furniture.

Horrible. The guy at the front desk was very nice however the hotel was trash. They let me move into a dirty room. The previous guest had a dog and/or cat and it was hair EVERYWHERE!!!!! You could smell it as soon as you walked in the room. The shower has rust and mold everywhere. Breakfast shut down before 10am. I wasn’t pleased at all!! Again, the 2 men at the front desk were patient and nice but the hotel was nasty. They do not vacuum the rooms!!
