Terrible service, no going back

My stay was comfortable and relaxing. All the hotel employees were welcoming and personable (everyone knew my name). The amenities are great and the location is perfect with lots of places to eat and shop in walking distance.

Once again Emiliano outdid themselves with great service and attention on every detail. That’s why I keep coming back.

it was amazing since the start...stuff is so courteous and helpful all the way. Service in the entire hotel was great, including restaurant and Spa. They pay attention in small details, making the experience of being there just amazing.

Good stay, but not the best service at the front desk. Great breakfest and very nice beds. The front desk was confused and didnt recognice that reward program to Hotels.com

It is an amazing hotel in the heart of Jardims with best shopping and restaurants walking distance. Super safe also which is very important in SP.

We usually stay at the Emiliano when travelling in Sao Paulo and our experience is usually outstanding. This time was not much different but there were a few issues. On the positive side the staff is very attentive and had the room prepared for my family with our usual preferences. The hotel is in a great location and the suits are very nice. Even though the service is usually outstanding there were a few delays on room cleaning and other requests, when we had an unusually long time. This is not something we had experienced in our previous stays and may have been due to the pandemic level staffing levels and security measures. Overall this remains one of our favorite hotels in Sao Paulo, especially when travelling with family.

The service was amazing! From meeting you at the curb with an umbrella to handwritten thank you notes during turn down service, the staff is top notch. Great shower and over-the-top amenities (complimentary 15 minute massage, bottle of wine, daily fruit plates).

Superb service. It’s a small establishment so the staff remember you at every turn. The concierge was exceptionally helpful in accommodating a family traveling with a young baby. We will definitely be recommending the hotel and hope to stay again!

I stayed at the hotel one night to celebrate my birthday with my daughter while she was in town. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and they accommodated any request. Everyone knows your name. I would recommend this hotel.

It's a boutique hotel with a very friendly staff. Staff will call you by name when you arrive. The rooms are modern but comfortable. If you like Champagne, they have a Champagne Bar where you can try several brands of the bubbly. Just a few blocks from the best restaurants and shops in Sao Paulo. Had a great stay. Will take my wife next time.

Stayed 4 nights over New Year. Property is a tall slim tower in the beautiful and upscale Jardins area and close (up a steep hill) from Paulista Avenue, a main thoroughfare. High-end shops and restaurants abound in this wealthy and very safe neighborhood Hotel and staff exceeded highish expectations. Public areas and rooms are immaculate, spacious and stylish. Hard to think of any room amenities that are lacking. Staff were especially warm and thoughtful. Room service on New Years Eve (local restaurants were closed) amounted to setting up a restaurant sized table in the room and serving a full dinner. Lovely experience and very reasonably priced. Didn't try the spa or rooftop heliport! No pool or outdoor space may concern some but easily outweighed by the property's quality, location, style and service.
