The property offered a "unique" hotel experience--the suite's window and tv layout were exceptional and well laid out. The bath, with pillow and reading board was very comfortable and relaxing.

Amazing architecture, comfortable rooms and two swimming pools. A warm thank you to the beautiful lady who welcomes the guests at the Skye restaurant. How attentive and cheerful she is!

I love this hotel and the concept of it. The staff is friendly and the service is amazing. The plastic bottles everywhere are not really indicative of sustainability. It would be nice to put a glass bottle in each room and water stations on each floor.

Fantastic service, great food, great location...I would stay here again.
Few suggestions:
The pool area needs work, we did not find anybody attending or helping us in the locker room. The water was not warm in the pool and we found no towels or chairs to relax in the sauna section - which is necessary after the use of the sauna.
Eco commitment needs to be upgraded: lots of little plastic bottles for water, towels, and sheets were changed every day. As this is nice, I think we can work better on reusing.

The Hotel Unique lives up to its name. From the soaring entry ceilings and port windows in the room, it’s beautiful and interesting. The downstairs pool is heated perfectly. Loved the big bed with tons of pillows.

I have been staying in UNIQUE for a while now, but now I see it needs an update on the rooms. the floors are very dirty and sticky where there is no way to walk with bare foot.

This hotel understands what it takes to set itself apart from the other hotels. 1st class treatment with a sincere approach to everything they do. They look at everything from the big items, to the little issues which sum a great experience in every way possible.A special acknowledgment to Mr. Luis Campos from Guest relations and to everyone else at this hotel. They went out of there way to ensure my wife and I had an incredible experience.This has to be one of the, if not the best, hotel in the area. COVID has greatly impacted many businesses in Sao Paulo, and it is my hope Hotel Unique stay strong, as they are a worthile group. Stay strong!!
