We were told the condo would sleep nine people. At the most I would aleep in it would be 8. We also found a dead mouse next to fridge. The resort didnt want to do anything because I booked through Hotels.com. They finally gave a free night and moved us because Hotels called them. There isn't much to do there for kids and the Grandkids got bored. The water coaster and half the kids area were shutbdown. There was so much dust on the slides you could see it from the floor. I would not recommend wasting your money here when there are better options in the Dells.

Refrigerator leaked. Jacuzzi tub was broken. Room was very spacious.

Was very pleased with our room! The indoor water park was great! The outdoor water park not so much. We went in mid Aug and expected all outdoor stuff to be up and running but it wasn’t. It was drizzling for two of the tree days we were there but not enough to keep anyone inside! We will revisit in the near future!

It was great minus the flies in the one bedroom.

I didn’t like anything about the stay I was very disappointed for the price I paid I want some of my money back the first room they gave me the shampoo they have in the bathroom on the wall was leaking so it was a dry streak that had run from the wall down to the tub. The balcony it was 2 big bee hives and a couple of little hive so you couldn’t sit out there too many bees flying around. They gave me a new room that one wasn’t much better the refrigerator wasn’t getting cold, the beds were small and hard it was not a queen. The air didn’t get cold couldn’t really let fresh air in from the balcony because the screen on the door was ripped all up bugs could get in.you have dishes in the room to use but no dish soap to was them. I’m in the villa didn’t like how any of the doors were not locked anyone could walk in . The ice machine at the villa was out and from talking to the workers they had been out for a while I told guest service desk and they new told me I had to come across the street with my ice bucket to the main building to get ice. The indoor and out door water park closed real early so didn’t get a chance to see that or the game room that was closed. They charge a cleaning fee $40 I don’t understand why nothing was really clean they charge a resort fee but everything closed early or not working at all. I will never stay there again I will not recommend them to anyone they are not a good place to stay at least not any of the villas they are run down needs a lot of work

Great property but far from the other stuff in the Dells. Clean and the underground tunnels are awesome! Perfect size resort. Indoor waterpark is excellent!

Bed sheets and pillows had stains everywhere, Loose outlets, hard time to charge the phone and the hairdryer Sliding door from room to balcony is too heavy to operate No toiletries (lotion, hair conditioner, shower cap) Carpet on hallways and room extra dirty, nasty odor coming out of it, Furniture outdated and nasty The room that we got it was a rip off for what we paid The extra blanket was full of hairs
