Great welcome at reception when I arrived and really appreciated the tip re secure parking in garage given that my Honda CR-V is amongst the most stolen vehicle in Canada!!! Very thoughtful!! Plan to stay here again when in Montréal!!

Was noise becaus a wedding at the same floor.
But the hotel gaves me an escompte then i think i will be back at this place.

The indoor pool was very warm, and plenty of towels. The outdoor pool was a unsightly green cesspool.
The front desk clerk mentioned the pool was in the basement, so we took the elevator adjacent to our room down. This took us to the basement, but the staff side. We walked through, found the pool. But it was concerning the general condition of the staff area. Shows they clearly don't put money where it won't be seen.

Room was clean. Basic, a little tired but no complaints.

I enjoyed the stay. Staff was friendly as well. Every time I spoke with someone, they took their time to address my concerns. They allow you to charge your car with your own charger at any point available around the parking. The only downside is that they don't clean your room everyday unless you request them 24 hours in advance. I guess it is very standard in canadian hotels. In US, they tend to clean the rooms everyday. Parking can be very busy on saturday evening if there is a party or wedding at the hotel. Music was loud on saturday night but I did not have trouble sleeping as I was too tired.

The property overall was a great property. There are some updates that are needed, however like the keys For the doors could not be put in the same pocket as a cell phone or electronic device because it would automatically lose magnetism. The property is going under a little construction, so I'm hopeful that next time I stay there it'll be more updated.

First upon arrival said no room service,pick up towels and water at desk.
Next, keys did. Not work twice after long days of touring and blame our cell phone.
This price to be a hike 10 from subway and then 15 min ride to city at this price is a rip off
No tTV service guide or quality cable available over priced for sub par stay
Never again you should disclose this if you let them stay on your web it hurts your credibility

This was a great location near the Biodome and the metro station. We enjoyed the large space in the room and the very comfortable king-sized bed. Some of the furniture is in need of refurbishing as the whole bottom of the bathroom sink's cabinet seemed all chewed up. There was also something strange with the toilet, so we mentioned that to the staff and they said they'd look into it. For a one night stay, it was exactly what we needed and we had a great experience overall!

While affordable and conveniently located, and staff seem good, this hotel gave us bed bugs and has not been responsive to us trying to reach them.

Conveniently located to the event I was attending. Hotel was nice. I wish the rooms had a microwave and my room's sink plug was stuck closed.

The only unpleasant thing was that people were smoking close to the enter/exit doors outside, making the smoke unavoidable.

Upon arrival you enter the front parking gate by pushing button , but exit gate was wide open . That night 2 cars stolen ( Highlander & RAV4) and almost our car ! We had our car glass broken but nothing taken from inside , so they wanted the car ( Lexus SUV) . After that incident the exit gate stayed down and you needed your room card to exit . Too little , too late for the other 2 families and our headache to get door glass fixed on our vacation .

You need to really know about your options here and you will have a great stay.
1 location : the area is near the Biodome and the Olympic stadium so entertainment and activities are plenty.
2. An IGA is next to the hotel and so getting groceries was not a problem. Lots of food options. Having a car or ordering via app would make life easy.
3. There was a underground parking and finding spaces was never an issue.
4. Elevators are very slow but taking the stairs ( two wells) will make life very easy.
5. Ask for a renovated suite and they will provide.
6. Bathroom Doors close through pressing the knob so ask the reception about it.
7. There are some minor issues here and there but the rooms and beds are comfortable.
If you find the price alright, go for it.

We stayed for one night to participate a karate tournament that was nearby. It served our purpose. Decent hotel if you want to stay for a short visit.

THE HOTEL IS NICE AND THE ROOM IS COMFORTABLE THE CHECK IN WAS GOOD..THE ONLY THING THAT WAS BAD IS THE CLEANING STAFF DIDN’T DO OUR ROOM..WE HAD TO ASK IN THE FRONT DESK PERSON TO GIVE US TOWELS,TOILET PAPER AND SOAP..THE REST WAS REALLY NICE.👍

This is very convenient to visit biodome, gardens, olympic stadium. All are in walkable distance.

Close to Olympic Park and lovely trails for walking and jogging. Need a fan or ability to lower room temp below 68! But that because I like it cold otherwise pretty clean overall not bad

Property, decor, etc was dated. Not great services from the hotel for an expensive room. Overall decent stay though.

Pretty average hotel walking distance from the botanical gardens and Olympic park. Pool was not appealing and the sauna was broken so that was a bummer. The bathrooms really need a fan and better mirror lighting. We didn’t hear great things about the restaurant and places to eat in the area are few and far between so that made meals a bit more of a trek than we expected. Complementary breakfast would have been appreciated.
