This hotel was comfortable, easy to navigate, quiet, and felt very safe. Pleasant stay...have stayed here several times, and it is always enjoyable.

We booked a room for 3 (2 full beds) because we traveled to drop our son off at college checking in on Monday, August 12 and checking out Thursday, August 15. The hotel was ok but I did find spider webs and other signs of uncleanliness in the bathroom. Some furniture looked a bit old but the room served its purpose for the short visit. The next morning we went down for breakfast and the eggs served looked a bit dull, a strange yellow almost lime color. They seemed to be the cheap hotel eggs from a box. Aside from that they had fruits, bread, bagels, waffles, coffee, etc. It was pretty decent except for the eggs. The next morning it was much better because I was able to get some real protein in with mini omelets or hard boiled eggs they served. That day when we returned to the hotel our bed wasn’t made, our towels were not changed, our amenities were not replenished. They had not cleaned. My husband went down to the front desk and was informed that for “our comfort” housekeeping services were only provided every other day. They had a small sign in the bathroom mirror we should’ve seen. Our bad. Ok , so that meant housekeeping would visit our room on Wednesday. Well, we got back Wednesday night and our room was just the same we had left it in the morning. Same story as the day before. My husband went back down to the front desk. They ended up sending someone to clean, replace towels, etc. We checked out the next day.

The hotel itself was great. Great service. Great front desk employees and house keep and kitchen/wait staff. Breakfast just seemed busy and quality seemed down compared to other stays and the waffle iron wasn’t the best.

I had a great stay. Enjoyed the breakfast and amenities. Staff was very friendly. Rooms could be a little cleaner in the bathroom upon arrival and with housekeeping but overall would recommend.

Very friendly front desk staff at check it. Quick and easy. He had longer brown hair, glasses and maybe a beard. Very friendly. Really appreciated the quick no nonsense check in. Nice place. Will stay again.

I came home riddled in bed bug bites. I hope that this review causes this property’s management to undertake a thorough cleaning and de-infestation.

The hotel staff was phenomenal. Tyler gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. Our stay was pleasant. Unfortunately, there was a large group at the hotel with a lot of children that were unsupervised (running in the halls and playing in the elevators). Not on the hotel of course, but made our stay less enjoyable.

absolutely disgusting they devil charge my card. It was so gross there. There was roaches everywhere. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. I live a $200,000 home and had to get an exterminator after bringing my suitcases home.

the room and hotel was very clean and nice. really nice shower and had great streaming options on the tv. pool and workout area are good. also, the breakfast was top notch. Only down side was bed was harder then i would like. but, thats more person preference, but that would be a positive for some people. i did sleep well. Would def stay there agen.

Great location, but the air conditioner was not working properly in our room. The room was super clean.

The shower was very dirty and the breakfast staff just watched you like a hawk while you got your food and ate - it was very weird.

I had a great stay! The woman working the front desk was very kind and helpful and the staff handling breakfast were amazing!! The lobby was very clean, as well as my room. No complaints. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast options are good. I am happy with the 12 pm checkout, as this works for my schedule.

Clean and good location

The room did not have curtains and was on the east side of the building. The sun was in our room at 6:30 am and it was very hard to sleep. Please put curtains in the rooms to block out the sun.
