This was a fantastic place. We choose it because my daughter is still bottle fed and we needed the ability to properly wash her bottles. Housekeeping was fantastic. The breakfast was surprisingly healthy. The rooms were quiet. We've bookmarked this resort for future status!!!

I checked out at 8:30 the following day at 8:45 i discovered that i left my Apple watch on the nightstand. I immediately called the fro t desk explained my dilemma just to be blindly transferred to a voicemail. I called back and was told that they checked the room but did not locate my watch. We stayed here on our way to and from a visit to family in Illinois. The rooms are great and the breakfast also is very good.

This was the worst travel experience I have ever had and felt like we were at a MOTEL 6- not a supposed star resort!!!! Upon leaving and checking out on Monday, I spoke with Hotel Manager of Marriott/Residence. I spoke with him at great lengths and informed him of our stay. We spoke with many managers and receptionists- everyone was very friendly but unfortunately very inept in their roles of hospitality and customer service. I will never stay at a Residence Inn and am quite certain I will not think highly of a Marriott for a while. He stated he will investigate the situation. I am thoroughly disappointed in the quality of cleanliness, customer service, organization of accommodation and quality of food. We will not be returning to Residence Inn while in Ohio or any other travels.

I would request to be financially compensated for the amount of stress that this caused my family, my guests and myself during a week of celebration of our daughter’s wedding. Staying at a hotel should be the least of my worries- not the cause of the major chaos that occurred.

Great hotel to stay good safe area walking distance to different eating places, breakfast is a hot buffet with other pastries and fruits, free parking, clean rooms with a good size, In house restaurant with bar the only complaint will be the swimming pool is for like a house not nearly big enough and being indoors the AC is on and you feel cold after getting wet.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged, why wouldn't the cleaning service notice this while they were cleaning the bathroom. Also, the pillow on the bed was stained. I booked this expensive hotel because the cleanliness review was great. The price did not match the quality.

Very comfortable & spacious room. Fabulous shower! They must have good soundproofing because the room was very quiet even though the hotel was busy. Great stay and would definitely stay there again.
