Booked 2 1/2 months in advance for king size bed and room only to arrive and get my keys yo my room and never told at desk by Sophia that she upgraded us. Arrive to room to find out we were in a conference room with a pull out full size Murphy bed, mattress hard, metal legs not touching floor and rusty. Called front desk and advised we were upgraded and not happy at all. Needless to say we use this hotel all the time when traveling. Sophia advises me they just had a cancellation and I need to come and get my new keys. No mam you need to send someone to my room to move me. Again no one showed up and down to the lobby I go with drunk, stumbling, unprofessional people all in the elevator and lobby to arrive at the desk and be treated like I am a bother. Only good thing is like usual they used house car to take me around to Delta terminal like the do sometimes. Oh fyi on arrival valet is so lazy they leave your car out in front of hotel unlocked and doesn’t even try to get luggage out of car much less get you a luggage rack. Grand Hyatt service has gone way down and doubt the will be getting my business for a long time if they don’t improve. 600.00 dollars a night is too much for a rusty Murphy pull out wall bed and call it a upgrade. Get back in your customer service game like you are known for.

Very clean, quiet and convenient stay to catch your flight out in the early hours of the day.

The staff was SO nice and helpful. We had in issue with our reservation and the lady there did not quit until everything was taken care of. This is probably the best service we have received anywhere. The hotel is beautiful and clean

Staying at the airport was the best decision we made this trip. We were located in a great location to our early morning flight. I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt!

Great location Hotel is top notch

Had to stay last minute from a canceled flight. We were traveling with two small kids. The staff went over and above to accommodate. They had a pack and play already in the room, overnight essentials, plus extra bags with things just for the kids. Thank you for making a stressful situation better.

overall experience was poor. checked in at 2am. started knocking on my door at 8am and knocked three times before 9:30. room sheets smelt like strong chemicals. lotion in bathroom was watered down and so was bath and hair washes. called because only had decaf coffee and had to call three times before someone brought the coffee to us. This was a poor experience for aa150 a night room let alone this price point. believe hotel owes a refund for this experience. had to rush to flight to lubbock or would have told management.

Always the logical place to stay with an early morning flight. Only thing that would make it better was a little bit better shower situation. It’s in a corner and the bathroom could be reworked. But really, no complaints. Good hotel and easy for pre-flight night

Grand Hyatt DFW was the best hotel airport. I have stayed at thus far. The staff was friendly and kind. Sophia was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a 6 AM international flight and Gabriel was kind enough to call the shuttle for us to get to terminal C. I would definitely stay here again comfortable beds, comfortable room, very quiet and relaxing

Whenever we travel through Dallas, we always stay at the Grand Hyatt. It's a very nice hotel.

Very convenient for unexpected layovers, delays or cancellations by an airline. Clean room. The doors could use a better seal to block noise. The rustling and general movement of other hotel guest or staff in the halls disturbed my sleep majority of the night.

Really cool if you’re into aviation. The kids loved watching the planes take off and land. The hotel provides a plane spotting book to help them identify aircraft. I also liked that you could use your boarding pass (24 hours in advance of travel) to enter the airport secure are, eat, shop, etc.

The Grand Hyatt at DFW is a beautiful upscale hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We only stayed overnight due to missing our connection, but had a pleasant experience. We ordered food from room service from the limited overnight menu and it arrived promptly. The food was very good. The room was very clean and upscale. The lobby is steps away from the TSA security line at the D gates to DFW. We would stay again in a heartbeat, if we had to overnight at the airport.

Staff and restaurant staff is amazing

We stay here for my husbands drs appts. The convenience of flying in catching an Uber and coming back is perfect! We love being able to watch the planes but not hear them all night long

Great stay and the most convenient place at DFW! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful….especially our Valet!!! He was awesome.

The room was very modern spacious to include the spa like bathroom. It was only for one night due to flight layover but well worth the stay.

Its pricey but worth it. Staff is great at checkin and also at the restaurant, plus the food and drinks are very good. Rooms are very nice.

The common areas did not sparkle entirely but overall the property was clean. The pillows were a little worn torn not particularly comfortable but fine for the room price. Overall still satisfied with my stay. Thank you.
