Nice clean large room. Seems to be recently freshened up. A little minimalist, maybe a few additions to brighten up. Great shower but could do with a shelf.

Property is located in the outskirts of Limerick, about 15-20 driving time from the city, depending on traffic. Right on the Dublin road though, so quick to get on the M7 if one goes the other way. There's a Lidl right next door and a big petrol station across the road. The University of Limerick is nearby, if that's of any interest, as is Plassey Industrial Estate. The hotel does have a restaurant, we did not have dinner though, so can't comment on that. We stayed in a good and ample double room featuring double & single bed. Bathroom includes bathtub & shower. There was a vending machine near the room. Best thing about the stay was the buffet-style breakfast, plenty of good quality food, with streaky bacon -rather than the all-too-common rashers-, so definitely bonus points for that. Keep that breakfast as is. We chose the property on the basis of price/breakfast included.

Super easy and nice stay. Warm hospitality at reception and in the pub made our stopover simple and pleasant. Very comfortable room and everything we needed with parking right out the door.

The room was clean and quiet. The restaurant served mediocre food with terrible service!

Close proximity to Univ of Limerick

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We found the room to also be very comfortable (i.e. beds). The shampoo's and soaps were a bit drying for the skin and hair. Overall the hotel was very close to UL and other shopping centers and food.
