This resort offering a accedible travel to the local areas they had breakfast and a shuttle to the port

No one is PERFECT... Our first time staying there, the hotel is a bit dated, the room looks also dated, BUT CLEAN WHITE BED SHEETS, Comfy Beds and Pillows, WHITE TOWELS, We love the FREE Airport PU & FREE Cruise Port Drop Off (Between 10~11am), Also FREE Breakfast... We arrived FLL early, Called the hotel, Waited about 40mins (depends on traffic) for the shuttle with text msg confirmation... Early Check-in was available (Surcharge)... We got our room around Noon instead of waiting till 3pm...Showered and took a nap till 5pm... Had dinner at the Bar n Grill which is directly connected to the Hotel...Good Foods, Good Service,... Will Stay Again... One Night Pre Cruise Stay

The property was very tropical and felt like a fun resort. The breakfast was good. A little limited. But beautiful tropical trees around to sit outside and eat. The bathrooms were big and water pressure was great. Beds were super comfy. Tv had lots of channels. The desk staff were so nice. There is a guy that looks just like Guillermo from my fave show What We Do In The Shadows that made the stay more fun. Also a guy dressed up like a captain for Halloween greeted us in the breakfast area. Lots of Halloween decorations and year round photo ops outside like big chairs to sit in. The also picked us up at the airport and took us to the cruise port the next day. The rooms were easy to get to. We had a window facing the garden. The pool was nice, big and clean. They had a big bar next to the lobby. We didn’t go in it but it was open late. One complaint was that we were told to be at the lobby at 9:45am for the 10am shuttle to the cruise port. We got there at 9:45am and the guy said they left already. We had to wait about 30 minutes for another one. We rushed out of our room for nothing and that was kinda annoying. The guy outside tried to argue that he called me and he in fact didn’t. The place seemed like a mom and pop operation over all in a good way. The staff was always around and helpful and smiling.

I was there with my 15 year old granddaughter visiting my son before all of us went to key largo. Got in late and around 10:30pm there was a loud knocking on door. I looked outside and there was a man and told him to go away and called the front desk. 11pm another guy was knocking on door very loud and I yelled go away and called the desk. Third time I called the desk and the man was there with them and they wanted me to open the door. Well hell no. Granddaughter was so scared. It was door dash but I was never asked if I wanted another room. My son had to pick her up. Bad customer service.

The line was very long to check in, but other than that everyone handled everything beautifully and everyone was friendly

We love this hotel, except for one thing. Check in is an absolute nightmare. It is always bad but this time took over an hour!

The pictures are deceiving. The everything in the room was old and shabby. The bathroom door was falling off the track. We couldn’t open or close it. The air conditioner rattled, clanged, and hissed all night. Neither one of us had a good night sleep. It was a place to stay for the night but lesson learned. Not again.

This was a dated hotel in the style of many fort Lauderdale hotels from days gone by, but don't let that scare you away. The rooms have been renovated and they are clean and crisp. The bathrooms are large. There is a good sports bar attached (Marina 84). Come on in during a PENN State game or an Eagles Game and you will see a bunch of ex-college and ex-NFL players cheering on their alma matters. The service the hotel offers with shuttles to/and from the airport are golden. If you missed any of the Late Night Comedians on the late shows, no worries you will have your fill of bad jokes, good jokes and dad jokes with the shuttle crew getting you on and off board!

Great people at the front desk, nice room, close to everything

The room was sufficient, was able to bring my pet which was most important.

I just wish i was told about the 2 separate rods for the blackout curtains The light's around the pool are extremely bright

I stayed here for one night before my cruise.

It was fine nothing special the room was clean but the bathroom was small a nd there was a bird that kept attacking me everytime I went to my car to leave lol.

Our family stayed here before our cruise and we appreciated the ride from the airport and the ride to the cruise port. We enjoyed happy hour in the restaurant and the kids loved the pool. The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was really good. The trees and plants around the property were well kept and flowering. The staff were attentive, kind, friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this property to anyone!

They really need better ventilation in bathroom. It’s a nice location, restaurant are very close..!! I would stay there again if the need arose!!

We always enjoy the breakfast foods. A great variety but feel rushed to get to cruise ports.

It took an unreasonable amount of time to check-in: stood in line for more than 45 minutes - there were only 2-persons ahead of me, and there were 2 other parties being attended to. The person behind the desk provided great customer service. Our room did not look like the rooms shown in the advertisement. It was your average hotel room.

Good for overbite stay, food and service very good

The lady who checked us in (i think her name swas swil or shwil) was awful. She was behind glass and speaking so softly we had to have her repeat herself multiple times. Also whenever i had a question she would give me such a condescending look and give me a flippant awnser. This isnt the best hotel but by far a little freindness at check in would have made this stay feel alot better Not like I'm in Florida all the time but i definetly wont stay here again.
