This is a lovely hotel and the staff are polite & friendly. The hotel is very clean and the dining area is very well maintained with a good selection of food. The downside to this hotel is the shaded pool area 😎

Lost phone + bank cards on this trip. Reception wouldn’t allow me to use the phone to contact my bank.
Hotel room was an upgrade but was a bit shabby round the edges, and wouldn’t say was worth the money.
Cheap and cheerful, but not worth the money in my opinion.

Amazing hotel, staff were so friendly and attentive. Hotel is very central for going to old town, 5 minute walk away. 10 minute walk to the strip. Air conditioning in the room worked, but not very well. Enjoyed our stay and will deffinelty be back.

Spent a week at the Hotel Benidorm Plaza and found it to be overall an excellent hotel. The restaurant staff were outstanding with a special mention to Miguel Angel, Rocio, Mauri and Patino who were always welcoming and looked after us amazingly well. The reception staff were all excellent but again a special mention to Reguar who assisted with a late checkout.
The food in the restaurant was always good with a great variety of dishes available at each mealtime. My only grumble was that the veg were a little over cooked.
The hotel has a lovely pool and several terraces you can use if you are not a fan of the beach. If you do like the beach it's only a ten minute walk away.

Originally booked in sister hotel the Belroy which has a slightly better location but wasn't too much of an issue. This hotel is of similar standard to the Belroy, however slightly cheaper in cost. The room was clean and didn't look tired. Would recommend

Great location close to the beach and located ideal for nightlife and Old Town.
Rooms were small but beds were extremely comfy and the air con worked sufficiently too.
Breakfast was below average but catered for all and the dinner had a great selection both nights. Plenty of options for all and a chocolate fountain on Saturday night.

Overnight stay in a junior suite. Excellent room, fantastic views, very spacious & great choice at buffet breakfast.
Room was very clean with quality complimentary toiletries & coffee machine a bonus. Will definitely return.

We stay at this hotel every few months as we live in Spain and this is our treat this hotel is fantastic, lovely staff food is excellent very good value , we always enjoy our stay here feel at home would not stay enywell else in Benidorm, you will not be disappointed five stars

Hotel has very few options for vegetarian food. If you like sea food and meat, observed good variety in dinner.
But vegetarian will starve.

Nice hotel and helpful staff. Can be a bit noisy at times from the numerous stag parties which stay there.

Pool was great, had the sun most of the day with a good number of lounges. Rooms were modern and clean and the air-conditioning worked well. Location was good walking distance to beach, old town and the strip.

This property is in a great location, clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.
We had felt the rooms were a tad small as we upgraded and the bathroom facilities were quite cramped. Also wish hotels would just include the safe as it seems petty to bill on top? But all in all a good hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights with friends and have no complaints apart from my bed being a little hard but that’s personal choice
Location was great would stay here again if I’m ever back in Benidorm
