The hotel was quite good for the price. Breakfast was dismal, cereal, bread, a few slices, a few pieces of fruit, oatmeal packets, yoghurt, coffee, tea & juice drinks.

Levi was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! The entire staff and housekeeping were amazing. There were two younger gentlemen that worked the front desk that didnt have the same customer service as the rest of the staff but everyone else was incredible.

Inexpensive yet comfortable hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Room next door slept with tv on all night but not the fault of the hotel. I would stay here again.

“Think” I may have bothered the front desk clerk?
Hotel was satisfactory for a one night stay.
Walls are paper thin but once everyone decided it was time to sleep it was quiet.

We paid for a queen sized bed and we were given a double. I didn't complain to the hotel staff. I'm sure they would have corrected the situation if I had.

Was not informed by booking site that pets were not allowed. Never had Wyndham hotels not accept our small Yorkie. We were basically kick out of our room after first night. Staff was not pleasant and made a huge issue, even asking us to put our dog in the hot car while we packed our belongings. Not happening!
Hotel in dire need of remodel to remove old soiled carpet and furnishing updates. Did not reflect photos shown on website. No more Microtel for us.

The rooms were very clean. However, one room smelled old as if it had not been used for a while. One of my sisters
had a flying cockroach in her room. Another sister was bitten on the face by a bed bug and there ants in my room.
The staff was very helpful, accommodating, and courteous. They helped carry the luggage up the stairs since the elevator was down due to a parts delay.

Elevator not working and had to trek up 3 flights of stairs. Return on 13th, elevator still not working but given 1st floor room after requesting when leaving on the 11th.

The Hotel had a nice variety of choices for breakfast the bedroom was very nice in the bed slept very comfortable the bathroom was clean although I was not able to get the temperature control at a time where I wanted it at most of my surveys I gave them a five points

In our room, one of the queen-size bedsheets had dirty smudges on it. The accessible room for our guest was a bit inconvenient—his wheelchair barely fit in the restroom, there was no roll-in shower, and the beds were too high. Despite these issues, it was okay for a night. The breakfast was simple and not much healthy options.

The room was very clean as always, but I was placed across from the elevators and had to listen to the elevator bell and hallway conversations all evening. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Very easy to find and located in an area that looked safe. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Close to restaurants also.

The property was clean and convenient to the interstate. The only issue I had was the door sticking and closing loudly. I was concerned that it would bother the neighboring rooms.

We arrived later in the evening and it was handy being able to walk to restaurants that were practically on the doorstep.
The girl on front desk was extremely helpful. The beds were very comfortable and hotel was nice and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of choices.
