terrible experience.. the property is leased out to 3rd parties Need extra towels…call LSI and there’s a fee! need room cleaned…call LSI…there’s an extra fee! tv not working .. call LSI they’ll get to you when they can.. which was the next day!!! Valet parking couldn’t find our vehicle 3 different occasions.

We had no idea our reservation was for a tired timeshare room with old, worn and filthy carpeting and furniture. This was like the motel 6 of hotels but with high prices. We tried speaking to the check in desk but they said it wasn’t their problem and gave us a phone number to call. Of course, there was no answer or response and the room was never cleaned. We had a difficult time sleeping and I really hope we didn’t brung home bed bugs. Terrible experience and expensive. Never again!

Really let the place get run down. No maid service….. have to request extra towels for a charge….. limited paper products. We stayed here a few years ago it was great. We will not be staying here again! It’s too bad

The stay was comfortable, the only issue is if you book through a third party, and want to make any changes to your reservation, this people aren't available 24 hrs.

Stayed here in the past and it was amazing. Not so much anymore. Check in and the people at check in and valet were great. Our room wasn’t cleaned very well. Dirty towels left in the room. Empty beer can left out on the balcony. Sliding glass door and bedroom window were disgusting. Looked like kids had been licking them and had dirty steaks all over them. One of the lights in the bathroom was out and the remote for bedroom tv didn’t work. If you want clean towels they charge you $35. I used to be ok paying the super high charges because the rooms were great, not anymore. Probably my last stay here. I’ll find a new place to stay next time.

We have stayed at this property numerous times. This last visit we found the bed to be somewhat broken down. While it doesn't impact the overall stay, it did make sleeping not comfortable as it should have been. Otherwise all good.

Having a kitchenette, strip view, oversized separate tub and shower was amazing! There were several maintenance items that needed attention like the curtain missing a rod to open and close on one side, the sticky nightstand, the dirty carpet, and the cushion covers on the couch being exchanged for a really bad substitution. There was no hot water at the kichen sink and the coffee pot was filthy. Finally, one of the kichen cabinet doors had a lot of water damage.

The property was noce but the room was discusting. when we contacted the front desk they let us know it was a 3rd party ownership and they couldn't help. We ended up reaching the owner and they were unable to come since we arrived later than the staff was available to come back and clean so they instructed us to change our own bedding and use a blanket instead of a sheet for the night. the next day theu did not come to clean until 3:00 in the afternoon and because we understood the maids language (spanish) heard her talking about how we were exagerating and probably made the sheets dirty to get something for free. The rest of the hotel was clean and was close enough to the strip to walk or short uber. Over all none of the staff was friendly but not rude either. If the bathroom and bed was clean it would have been a good stay.

The property being one of the MGM Signature 3 towers (Tower 3) was very good. The presentation of the room was very much inconsistent with the name of the hotel "Luxury Suites..."
A big challenge was that the room had very poor ventilation in the bathroom facility. I was also expecting the bedroom to be separate from the kitchen but the room was only a normal hotel room with the kitchen facilities in the room. It could have been my error with not adequately checking the find details of the room.
The floor was carpet and was in desperate need to change. The same for the sofa bed and chairs. We were at one stage very concerned about bed bugs in the room, a concern we never had in the other hotels we have stayed in over the years.
The kitchen appliances worked well, though there was no kettle in the room/kitchen.

The only thing I would have to say that's negative is you supplied only 1 washcloth but everything else was perfect. But the cleaning lady that was cleaning the other rooms was nice enough to give me 2 extra ones.

The room smelled horrible. Had to buy an air freshener. It seemed to be coming from the sink. The floors were dirty as well and seemed like they hadn’t been vacuumed. The bathroom counters were dirty as well and the bathtub was colored all over

When we arrived the room was not cleaned well. There was a dirty face towel and sanitary napkin cover in the drawers of the washroom and the furnitures were dusty. Also, I was surprised that daily housekeeping was not included in my booking and that we need to pay if we call for housekeeping. For 5 nights stay, only two small shampoo, conditioner, soap and tissue were provided; same with coffee and tea—all good for a one night stay only. Towel replacement comes with a fee. That’s not what we expected for The Signature MGM Grand. We stayed here in the past and we had better experience in the past; that’s why we booked at this hotel again. We were disappointed—nice hotel but unsatisfactory service.

This review is for room 30-304. We found a used bandage in the utensil drawer. The room itself needs a deep cleaning—very dusty, with crumbs on the pull-out sofa mattress. The coffee pot had a coffee ring stain around it, indicating it might not have been washed. Some maintenance repairs are needed: the wallpaper is peeling, the lamp shade is cracked and broken, the knives in the drawer are bent, and the microwave is extremely loud.
On a positive note, we loved how safe it felt, and the property itself was very well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly.

We booked our room through expedia. We checked in and saw that the room was in a state of disrepair, with the refrigerator's freezer section frozen solid and broken, sitting on the bottom of the refrigerator when we first opened it. The mattress was crappy with springs sticking out like it was from the 1980's.
We went to the desk and requested another room. We were told we had booked "Third Party" and were made to feel like we didn't matter. Apparently Expedia may be unaware that some of the listings for this property are now handled by a third party real estate management company, not MGM. We were given a number to call the third party company. WE spoke to them and they said they would try to get us another room. Three hours later they contacted us and we were told that they had another room but we would have to wait until their cleaning staff , (Third party, not MGM) cleaned the room and gave them the all clear.
Basically they waited the first night of our vacation.
Expedia should fix this issue ASAP !

The one restaurant/cafe should be open 24 hrs imho.

The ph rooms were nice, clean, and the vista balcony had a good view of the sphere. Staff was helpful and all the valet guys were cool. Only problem is that the pool closes earlier than i had hoped for.

The hotel and every staff is so nice I love how signature is connected to mgm grand it’s so convenient!
The things this hotel can work on is stains on the walls, new carpets, new head boards and cleaner bed sheets!
Other than that I love how my bathroom has a jetted tub after a long day on the strip I can come back and soak in the tub and relax!

The suite was lovely and spacious, with a comfortable bed, terrific spa tub, and views of strip and pool. However, furniture was dated/scratched, and the rug looked less than clean. Amenities were sparse: no washcloths, soap or bathmat in bathroom; in kitchen, only one glass, no dishtowels, no sink stopper. When we requested a few items at the front desk, we were told to contact the owner of the unit. Not much help.

Stay was good. Unit had some minor problems that was addressed. Balcony had trash that never was removed from previous guest. The property itself, was clean and amazing. Would definitely stay at the Signature Suites again, different unit as the unit was very old looking inside.

The staff through the property were all very nice and professional . The room itself was fine But the couch was stained and dirty to a point we didn’t want to sit on it . The bed was fine and the water closet was nice when sharing .

My daughter and I were there for my father‘s funeral, I had stayed here a couple years ago and the place was excellent. This time, however the room was dirty. The extra linens were musty. The coffee pot and hairdryer did not work. The front desk would not help me when I requested a hairdryer. They said it was a third-party room and I would need to contact them. I called five or six times no one ever picked up the phone. I called the emergency number and it would just disconnect me. They made a bad situation, even worse!
