Room was not clean refrigerator did not work

Beds were terrible. Walls were very poorly touched up. Breakfast was very unappetizing. Property evaluation on Hotels.com, was WAY OVER RATED! Would never stay here again.

Just overall a poor experience. We have stayed in many hotels that are older, but this just wasn’t clean or kept up. The staff also was not as keen upon doing their job and being helpful. Would not return here unfortunately.

When we arrived, we noticed they had ants in the first room. They put us in so we asked to be placed in a different room. They also had ants in that room, but we were traveling and were hours away from Home very tired so we had to deal with the dirty room for the night would not recommend this room

This has been the best hotel stay I’ve ever experienced! I’m in town for medical school and needed a place to stay before moving into my apartment, and booking this hotel was the BEST DECISION! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the shower has the best water pressure I've ever experienced, and the bed is super comfortable. The room has all the essentials, including a fridge and microwave, which are important to me. There’s also a convenient desk area and a big flatscreen TV. It’s quiet, making it perfect for rest, and they even serve breakfast in the morning. If I could, I would extend my stay—and I might just do that!

Bathroom and toilet leaked, the noise was constant ( have pictures to verify). Tap on mirrored door to keep close came loose. Also have pictures to verify.

I stayed here overnight and the fire alarm started chirping at 4:10 in the morning, I wrnt down to find an employee and I couldn't find anyone so I packed up and left at 4:30 AM. Not a great way to start a long drive.

We will not stay here again. There was bugs in the bathroom. We got a “non smoking” room and it reeked of cigarette smoke. There was red stains on the floor and burn marks in the carpet. The air smelled like mildew. The pictures look NOTHING like what we got. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

I can’t speak to the property. Expedia failed to make a reservation and I had no room. I had to find something elsewhere. Expedia dropped the ball and worst of all Expedia has no one to help at 3am.

The room was in decent condition and the staff cleaned and refreshed it well every day. Breakfast was also good but not always replenished when things ran out. There were also luggage carts which were so helpful. Not fancy but worth the price I paid - I’d stay here again!

The hotel in general needed a total rehab. The carpet was old in the hallways and in the room. Two lights did not work. Dark and dreary inside.

Would not accept company check - had called prior to visit to make sure no issues. They did not have a shop to buy things that are forgotten, i.e. brush and Tylenol.

Air conditioning not working, part our faulf but he fixed. Smoke detector broken, breakfast food not fully cooked, door to adjoining room-no lock broken
