Baia beach attached to hotel was nice. But room bath room was dirty. Lots of mold in the tub. We found a cigarette butt by the window in the room. We also found a roach in the room. We showed the front desk & they reduced the resort fee. Parking is expensive, which I wish I read before booking. They need a lot of updates. Pictures they have currently are old photos.

Freaky views and the room was amazing! We enjoyed the gym and the swimming pool! The atmosphere was amazing! We loved our stay.

The Staff was Absolutely Amazing. I did not like getting charged three times for a deposit

I didn't like all the fees no one told me after I paid the $600 deposit I thought I was getting all of that back until I checked out and seen all of those fees and I didn't know about the valet t option there's no option but valet..... Besides that everything was perfect..... Thank You

Property photos are great, lobby is great. Rooms are dirty and terrible. AC does not lower past 71, bathroom was leaking, room was awful and gross dirty.

$50 valet parking no option

I was left very disappointed after my one night stay. The pool was nice and the room was large but it was very dirty. Most of furniture was stained to varying degrees. The walls had handprints and scuff marks all over and the shower floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the building opened. The TVs were 20 years old and had parental controls that repeatedly locked on random which required us to call maintenance several times. I will not be staying here ever again. You would think the place would at least be clean for the price they charge.

Over all amazing location and amenities

The Mondrian in South Beach Miami was a beautiful hotel with a great location. We appreciated that they were able to check us in early, as we had an early arrival. However, we encountered some issues with housekeeping. One day, the housekeeping staff arrived while we were still getting ready. We arranged to reschedule for an hour later. Unfortunately, they never returned as promised, despite us coming back from a long day out and needing to prepare for dinner. We had to call the front desk multiple times to finally get service, which caused us to be late for our reservation. While the hotel's location and overall ambiance were enjoyable, the housekeeping experience was a major disappointment

Was not the best experience…you pay for everything early check out late check out …we also found a roach in the room…they need to do better..also they double charge your for the room then tell you 7-10 days for the pending hold they initially charge gets lifted…

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were super friendly and efficient. I wish our room could have been cleaner though. There were stains on the couch and curtains.

Every single staff member at the Mondrian was very nice and accommodating. Property was kept clean and the ambiance is very much aesthetically pleasing.

The location is great and easy to walk around! The room was in a bit of rough shape and they let locals pay to have access to the pool so just plan on working hard to save a seat.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, but our experience was marred by a significant issue with room security. While we were in our room, someone managed to enter using a key that they shouldn’t have had access to. Thankfully, we were present at the time, but it was alarming to think about what could have happened if we hadn’t been there. We reported the incident to the reception immediately, and security was called, but the response felt inadequate. The only action taken was changing the keys to our room. Despite bringing up the issue again at checkout, no further compensation or resolution was offered. It was particularly frustrating to see another guest receive a waiver for their resort fees over a minor issue, while our serious concern about privacy and safety was not addressed. We were promised a follow-up call from the receptionist, but we never received one. Overall, I was expecting a more substantial response to such a significant breach of security.

Very party atmosphere at pool. If you are looking to chill, this is not the place.

Location, views, vibes are what you come here for. But the overall property could use a little renovation to keep up with modern times. Double bed suite was spacious but small details make it lil hard to give it a full 5 star rating. Rooms were clean but just wish a slight renovation could be done to make the stay top tier. Staff was friendly and helpful Drinks were beyond amazing Pool was refreshing Ideal Hotel for couples/dates

VIP (very inaccurate Property), They are more concern about making money of the Bar, Cabbana and Restaurant. Very poor SAVVY services, rooms are so old at dates, showers need to replace water all over the room. Never Vaccun my room in 4 day.

Amazing balcony bay view

My stay was ok. I wish there was more to the resort. It was walking distance to shops and the beach. Staff was great and very helpful

The building is okay. The rooms need serious improvements, and there was a stain on the couch. When I arrived at my room, there was no body wash in the shower and when I called to ask for some they never sent it up. I had to call again twice before receiving a bar of soap instead of body wash. I expected a more luxurious experience.
