I liked how old fashion it felt with all the kooky old audio video equipment.

This was our second stay within the week and the manager did not want to accept the company credit card on the second stay. He was thinking the card may have been stolen so I didn’t see that being very professional. Overall the room and service/staff is great and I will return. Thanks, Jamie. I would highly recommend this stay. Hands-down the most pleasurable trip I’ve had to Vegas. The staff was super helpful and bent over backwards to make our state pleasant. The room was amazing.

Awesome experience. The staff are so well aware of all and any needs. I highly recommend. I have been coming to Vegas for 40 years. Forgot staying at the B and T and even the W. Sky lofts is the best.

Checked in, went to take a shower first thing of course no hot water. Sent in a technician took him 4 hours and still was no hot water finally by midnight asked to change into another room finally they granted me it. Got into my room and by the time I got ready missed my event. Just cause I booked with a third party I felt like they went out of there way to not care. Everytime I said something they said we can’t do anything because you booked with a 3rd party. Paid for amenities and services I never received

The SKYLOFTS were great. Check in was a little off. Room was not ready but we were early. We never got a call room was ready and VIP lounge was closed to get key. Butler service was great.

I have been to this property a dozen times. It’s home away from home ! The butler service this time was off the chart amazing !

We loved our stay with our dog Dojo! Staff was over the top with friendliness to all three of us. The experience was great at the SkyLoft, Savannah and staff deserve 5 stars and beyond!

The Skyloft is a very nice experience, some of the decor is slightly dated although the space is great, as is the service. The remote for the TV's and curtains and lighting and A/C are not so straightforward, took some time to figure it out. The shower in the master bedroom is quite nice with 5 different water jets spraying and also is a steam room.

The service at Skylofts is not at all what you’d expect from luxury accommodations. The staff are not friendly or helpful.

Excellent overall experience. Got delayed by 4 hours at airport. Met us when we got to hotel. Walked us thru everything about property and room features. Felt like home

It's great, everything is perfect there. We stayed two days there and felt very good.

Initial greeting at the hotel was outstanding. initially, get taken up an exclusive elevator to the loft level. they take your card for incidentals and show you to the room. They introduced you to the butler for your room and give you a small welcome package and all non-alcoholic drinks are complimentary. The only downside to my stay was the view was of a Hooters across the street and a motel 6, after a request I was moved to a room with a slightly better view, unfortunately, the room had a cigar smell. I dont mind much since its vegas and a good amount of things smell like smoke and the better view was worth putting up with the smell. they did run the ozone air purifier but it did not help much.The room is cleaned frequently anytime I stepped out they would restock toiletries, towels, beverages etc.lovely maids with excellent turndown service and the snacks they would include when I would get back from my trips outside the room were a nice touch.I would give this place 4/5 stars. This place has a Wow factor with 3000sq feet and 2 bedrooms. Next time ill request a proper tour around the room and ask more questions to make stay more enjoyable.

Amazing trip with my large family, lots of room for all of us

Air conditioning unit is in the bedroom and you can smell cigarette smoke in the rooms at times. It's not the Oasis it should be.

It was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The customer service was bar none above the rest. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. I look forward to staying again very soon!

This Duplex loft is so nice, you never want to leave..

The Skylofts is not a place you just 'drop into'. Don't roll in at 8, unpack, sleep, and leave at 6 AM the next day. You're doing it wrong if you do. You need to -revel- in this room for a while. Start with the private lobby and valet. Get escorted through the VIP room and take a private elevator upstairs to your 30th floor view for private check-in. White-gloved butlers will mix you their mango-peach 'welcome drink', spiked to your preference, and it's good enough to bear mentioning. Leave your shoes and laundry to get shined and cleaned while you stand under 8 showerheads in the sauna. Soak in the luxurious jetted infinity tub, too. Text (yes, TEXT) a made-to-order room service request to the concierge desk. Want to go see Cirque du Solei's Ka? (Hint: yes, you do) Or Michael Jackson? Tell the concierge staff. You'll get box seats with a cocktail waitress tending your every need. They'll arrange a private towncar to and from wherever you need. Most of all, you need to enjoy this room. It's the perfect place for a romantic weekend for two, or for a few friends who really want to live it up in Vegas. Don't show up and nickel and dime yourself. Treat yourself to the generously stocked minibar. Order room service. Get a romantic bubble bath drawn and make full use of the incredibly professional and polite staff to make your Vegas trip truly exceptional.

Nice size 2 bedroom skyloft for our family of 5! Butler service was fantastic & friendly. Massage at hotel spa was great! Meal at Mansion was nice & in-room dining food was fresh and tasty. The threshold in shower was missing so bathroom floor was wet after each shower. Staff could not do anything but offer to move us to another suite

Had a great time. Service and room was beyond what I expected.

It was very nice. Now every time I will try to get this room nothing less
