Super well located! Just walk away from main commercial area, shops, cafes, restaurants!!

This hotel was amazing! The bedroom and bathroom was very big and the pool was nice and clean. It was walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants.

Pillows were uncomfortable and inadequate. Also, having a blanket instead of a thin blanket was a bit uncomfortable. There wasn't even a small bottle of water in the room as a treat. Apart from these negative comments, it was a very clean hotel. The employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and sufficient.

It was our second stay at this hotel and we have always been quite happy there.

We had a lovely time at Hotel della Piccola Marina. We did secure a sea view room and would recommend that for other travelers. Just sitting out on the patio with a bottle of wine in the late afternoon with views of the pool and the sea was so relaxing. The room contained everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely. The location is great. My only critique was related to the front desk staff - while they were helpful, we never were greeted upon entering the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed matress was too hard for my personal taste. The breakfast staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, we had a great stay.

breakfast was great and hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel was just okay for the price. I get that Capri is expensive but it was pretty no frills for the price. It served its purpose as we had a cozy bed to sleep but it wasn’t anything special or to remember.

The hotel is beautiful!located in a perfect location. Walkable to the beach and to the piazza. Our room was huge and bathroom renovated and spacious. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property and staff

Great location, a short walk from Capri town and on the walking path to the beach in Marina Piccola. Our room had partial ocean view, which we loved, and it was was spacious. The breakfast was delicious.

Overall hotel Della Piccola marina was “okay”. The staff was quite rude and impatient….i had burned my leg in their Turkish bath pretty badly, the kind server ran across the street to get me burn cream to help me with my wounds and the RUDE manager demanded we paid for the cream and not be able to keep the cream after we paid for it!!! That’s just one thing…..also….THE WIFI SUCKS!!! I swear I could’ve gotten better WiFi from two tin-foil balls wired to a Double-A battery than whatever get up they had and THE BED WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON CONCRETE…I swear I’ve developed scoliosis just from that bed. On another note being from Chicago we love spices on our foods…so the first morning we had breakfast there we used their tobasco hot sauce on our eggs, the next day I asked for hot sauce…I watched the server physically hide the tobasco and say “no, sorry we are all out”…I only wanted a few drops but whatever I thought that was petty and rude. Also, they all of the sudden just stopped having to-go boxes even tho we already had 2 to 3 to-go boxes prior to this incident. It was almost like they just wanted us to throw it out so we can just pay for more food instead of having leftovers….. the hotel “servers” or whatever you call them were absolute angels and were so kind and great but the management was quite rude and terrible….all in all….there are better hotels for less money. Overall it was very nice, but when we come back to Capri we will not be staying here again. Id give 5/10

Excellent little gem in a convenient part of town

Hotel, staff and room were good. Had amazing views as well. Only Breakfast was a big disappointment, its bread was just like a rubber.

The property looked very good and 4-star until we got to the room. The room was more a 3-3.5 star. The paint was chipping from walls and baseboards and the bathroom had damaged tiles. The room was supposed to be a sea-view room. At best, it could be called a partial sea-view when you stood at the far left of the balcony and craned your neck to look past the tree that was blocking your view. On top of that, we asked the hotel to set up a private boat tour of Capri. They set us up with a run-down boat and a rough captain that fought with the people working at the Blue Grotto entrance. It was unsatisfactory.

Staff was attentive and caring. Room was clean. Location quiet, yet a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Had a great stay.

More of a 3 star hotel. Sheets were stiff and rigid, bathroom was super small. Definitely not worth the price.. this is the most overpriced hotel I have been to. Would not come back.

Room was dirty. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Air conditioning broke. Balcony doors automatically lock behind you when closed. Gym is two pieces of equipment and only open during 7-6pm. Pool closes at 6pm.

Great location, great sea view and close to shops and city center

Hotel is in a great location. Nice pool. The room itself was spacious with a nice balcony but the bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. The air conditioning would not stop running no matter what I did to turn it off. Our first night in Capri I did not sleep. The manager was understanding and moved us to a better room which had a functioning AC and better bed.

Great hotel and a good price. Nice, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Close to main square-10 minutes walking. Breakfast had few options. VERY difficult to get a taxi.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very helpful especially with arranging baggage pickup, restaurant reservations and transportation from the hotel back to the mainland and on to the train station. Travis

Clean and comfortable hotel. But price remains high vs standard. By instance , room has no espresso machine , no free water, some items in breakfast are chargeable. Not expected for Euro 500 per night.

Very well located, close to the city center of Capri. Outstanding and friendly staff, always helpful and courteous. A hidden pearl at Capri!

The hotel is dated. It’s not 4*. It needs an uplift. The location is great tho. Special mention to Maria who is the saving grace of this hotel. Superb service from her.
