Superb staff who are the perfect example of what courtesy and professionalism should be.

Our stay was good

Very clean and convenient

Not at all a typical Waldorf experience. It was our wedding trip and all they sent over was a complimentary fruit bowl, alongside champagne and strawberries our friends bought us TOGETHER as to clump the gifts together and take credit for it. Our friends/other guests at the hotel saw the presentation of their gift and immediately requested a refund. For 200 dollars, it looked 20. We didn't touch the gift and simply offered it back to the hotel. It was that bad. They also charged us for a late checkout, only 2 hours which never in my life has this happened. Our concierge also tried to charge us for the complimentary car service and when we discovered it wasn't complimentary and in fact 3x the price of an Uber Black SUV, we politely declined and they responded back with a very passive aggressive text saying “the driver was waiting for you. He lost a client because of you.” Which is rude and in fact impossible because the whole conversation interaction lasted 45 min. I asked for the price for the cabana and they quoted me 450, and our friend guests 250, 15 min later. Why was that? Highly disappointed. Won’t be returning.

Not infant friendly, I brought baby food and need to microwave, the restaurant refused to heat the food for me and ask me go back to my room a make a call to room service by myself. The tea lounge didn’t provide us high chair I wrote it in reservation note. Also in the swimming pool section, there’s no people using and outdoor sofa, only three groups of hotel guests were there and we have a 10 months infant, it’s more safety we put him on sofa, the staff told us to leave, said it’s for massage rental. Before we checked in, I asked front desk if they put the crib inside the room I wrote on request, she confirm with me, but there was nothing inside the room, we need to made another call for room service .

We had an amazing time. Staff was incredible, friendly and went over and beyond each time to ensure that we were comfortable.

Best hotel I have stayed at in a long time

Nice secluded, quiet hotel, but right off the strip and close walking distance to many other shops and properties. Very clean, quiet and upscale compared to the other casino hotels nearby.

Definitely 5 star place. My only gripe if I could find one was no early check in. But at least we were allowed to use the pool before officially checking in.

Pretty Good

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at WA-LV. The only option for parking is valet at a cost of $51/day after taxes, but you can come and go as you please and are only charged as a per night basis. The valets were very pleasant and helpful in coordinating having the vehicle ready for any planned excursions. The bellhops were also very pleasant and helpful with our luggage and securely storing it after checkout while we walked the strip. Check-in was easy, and our room was very nice. We called for ice numerous times throughout our stay and having it delivered to the valet closet was a nice perk. We relaxed at the pool and felt it was a much better experience compared to the casino pools in the area. Overall, not having a casino on site made for a much more relaxing and pleasant vacation. We had no issues with noise or disturbances during our stay, and the staff routinely checked in via text message to see if there was anything we needed or any way they could help during our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

The property was lovely, rooms were spacious, staff was incredibly helpful and very nice. I had a lovely experience thanks to Tally and Yalda at the front desk who were super helpful. I will definitely be staying here next time in Vegas

Property and staff were superb

I had a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful and relaxed property in the heart of the Strip. It’s a 5 minute walk to Aria but it’s tucked away so you feel like you’re in an oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Vegas. The room was perfect and had a nice big bathroom. Checkin was great. Often in Vegas you have to wait in long lines to check in and the rooms are not ready. Here, there was no line and I was able to check in 2 hours early. My only (very minor) complaint is that there was no recycling for all of the bottles of water I went through in the very hot Vegas weather.

Very quiet. Great hotel. Very clean. Staff was great

Property overall was clean. Hallways are very narrow, rooms are on the smaller side. The pool area is very underwhelming and small for the size of the building. Atmosphere and activity life is subpar, I think maybe it’s for a more mature crowd.

Hotel was very nice. Room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Amenities were also very nice. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Great spot, particularly if you prefer a non-casino atmosphere.
