It was a great stay. The people at the front dest were very helpful and nice. The food was amazing in the bistro and everyone was great.
My one thing is the website is a bit misleading. It made it seem that there were tours and shuttles provided for people who stayed at the hotel. Yes there is a shuttle to the airport but only in the morning. The website made it seem you could get a shuttle from the airport as well. Getting to the hotel from the airport is a bit of a challenge.
All in all the experience was good besides the little misunderstanding.

Nice hotel, clean, functional. Not sure if there’s a shuttle for airport pickups, they did offer one to the airport which saves about $40USD. Nice bar and car rental available in the lobby. No restaurant but they’re right next door to Public Deli which is an excellent restaurant with a small convenience store.

The hotel is great if you want to be near the airport but nothing else. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The service was great. The onsite restaurant was very good, though offerings were limited. The main entrance was being renovated, so the entrance was through a door in the rear. The shuttle to the airport was quick and easy to schedule. It would be even better if it also picked up at the airport. The only problem we ran into was the fact that it was freezing. We had to sleep in our clothes and coats. A member of the housekeeping staff came up to try to fix it, but it was clearly broken as the radiator dial spun around completely.

Ok hotel reasonably close to hotel. Problem is shuttle runs morning only. Arrived in afternoon and had $35 cab ride to hotel.

The area around the hotel is confusing, it looks like it's in the middle of apartment buildings. Fortunately they have a large sign. It looks like the building is undergoing construction/remodeling, so it looks a bit sketchy from the street.
The room is very roomy - maybe too roomy given the amount of furniture (not enough). The temperature was a bit hot, but there was no option for a lighter blanket, only the duves.

Room was very spacious. Bed comfy. Bath updated. Lobby, hallways and room were very dark. Glad free shuttle was offered, but would be more convenient if the shuttle to airport ran later than 4:00a.m. - 10:00 a.m. to accommodate a variety of flight times

It was great. Courteous and informative front desk. The rooms are spacious. The showers fantastic. Restaurant also fantastic. Everything was easy. Close to the airport and a perfect place to spend the night before an early flight.

Really lovely place and convenient from the airport. Please note, the free shuttle only takes you to the airport when leaving the hotel. It does not pick you up from the airport. The taxis were easy and quick to get outside of the airport but expensive for a 10 minute drive.

Outside was under construction, and only one small bistro nearby. the rooms were great, well designed but did not have any usb ports or ability to charge devices without an adapter.

I checked in very late at 3:30am due to my plane delay. I requested if I could checkout late because we were extremely tired but the staff were not accomodating. They only provide one pillow and one blanket per person and no extra pillow is given. Good breakfast.

Overall the room and bathroom were updated and clean, however there was a strong sewer smell that I think was coming from the floor drain in the bathroom. I checked in after midnight and went straight to sleep but the smell was waking me up at night and I woke up with a headache. I ended up breathing sewer gas all night. On the positive side there is a shuttle to the airport. You still need to get a taxi from the airport unless you have a car.

Property sits in front of a peninsula, so there is water on three sides of you - very picturesque. get an odd numbered room for the best views.

breakfast is only ok. the room is very dim & some of the lights in room is not working. left "do not disturb" sign on, but someone (cleaning staff?) was trying to get into my room without knocking the door.

Proximity to the airport, stayed here for just one day since coming in late flight didn't wanna drive to rejkyvik, it's ok hotel had some issues with service wouldn't provide extra towels and rude staff, there is a nice deli place close to it for breakfast if u wanna get something for bf in the morning before heading to rejkyvik

The beds were comfy, restaurant was good and staff was very helpful- but the hotel lobby was really dark- and the location was in the middle of nowhere so you had to get a taxi to go anywhere- even the airport.

Two things came as a surprise to us - 1. Breakfast was not included in the price 2. They have no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. These items added almost US$80 to or one night stay. We think that the advertisement about the place is misleading

The room was large but minimally furnished and very minimally lit. It slept 3 people. My husband has poor vision and had a difficult time finding anything in our room, despite my having opened the shades/curtains. The bathroom was especially dark. We were desperate for a room, having been in travelling "hell" with flight cancellation, etc., and this was the only room we could get by the airport. However, the food in the restaurant was excellent for dinner, for which we are grateful. And the bed was comfortable, which is so important!

Our room was on level one next to the lobby. It sounded like they were moving furniture above us for hours throughout the night and into the morning. We were under the restaurant I believe that is on the second level. They advertise airport transfer but it is only from the hotel to the airport and only select times between 4am and 10am.

As we arrived the outside of the building looked dumpy. Seemed liked renovated army barracks. The lobby was dark. Front desk experience was fine. Room was quite large and modern. No housekeeping available.

This hotel was very close to the Blue Lagoon and the airport. We stayed on the last two nights of our trip to Iceland and it was a great place to unwind. The breakfast was only okay -
though it was resonably priced.
