It was a little bit different and interesting. The location was great for exploring Epernay and it was very quiet.

We only stayed one night, and it was very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Car parking was plentiful and safe. The champagne for sale was superb.

Amazing location. Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The only issue was their was no parking on site. If you do not reserve parking at hotel, parking becomes an issue. No easy to find parking around town.

Although we liked the hotel location and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were not as clean as we would like or expect.

Room lacks A/C and the reception is literally closed before 4 pm.

We stayed in the 2 floor family rooms. The upper portion of the room got incredibly hot in the evenings. The rooms could have been cleaner. The plates were dirty. A lot of small niggles adds up to the fact that we won’t be coming back. Osman at the front desk was the bright spot of the stay. Easygoing and friendly.

Very nice place, and clean rooms. Nice with a littel kichen and Lidl next to the hotel. Good free parking for the car :-)

Good location for a stop-off while visiting champagne region. Breakfast had a great choice available. Room was really big and comfortable with everything we needed, it was just a little tired and dated. Staff on the desk were pleasant enough, the late check-in is not great but we were able to work around it.

A nice hotel that did what I wanted. The only disappointment was that I wasn’t in one of the split level rooms at the front.

Check in time was restricted. The app said that it was 4-8pm but when we arrived at 5.30pm it stated that it opened at 6pm. Definitely a pain. Rooms well equipped and staff were friendly when they arrived back. Great kitchenette and adequate parking. Room was spacious and bathroom big.

This appart'hotel is convenient for anyone who is driving to Epernay and wants to be able to park for free by their hotel. It is also about a 20 minute walk from the town and on bus routes - so no need to toss a coin to decide who drives and who gets to taste champagne! The reception area is pleasant but our initial impression of the common areas was that they were a bit spartan - but then again, until recently the building was an army barracks. We had a duplex, which offered plenty of space for us as a couple and would also be comfortable for three. "Kitchen corner" was a bit cramped but it was adequate for our needs and we were able to self-cater easily for the two nights we were there. Also, it felt like somewhere we could have stayed comfortably for a longer period, so suitable too for someone travelling on business who perhaps needs to find somewhere to stay for a week or two. Breakfast is offered by the hotel but we preferred to prepare our own. There is a coffee and snacks machine on the ground floor and also a bar that opens in the evening.

Very basic and small room. Strange smell in the room too. We used this as a stopover on a long journey but wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer. We had the continental breakfast which was good.

Great location, great service, great breakfast. Nice play area for the kids right next to the hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us out. Plus it is really good value. I could not fault it.

Comfortable stop over whilst journeying south. Good parking, simple check in and fine rooms. Town was walkable for evening meal. Good.

Hallways look like hospitals, with firedoors closed in the middle of hallways at all times. Fire doors are extremely loud and swing back and forth several times throughout night. Hotel was much older and run down than pictures look. No air conditioning required windows to be open all night, however several people partied outside all night dancing on tables/music/yelling. This was right outside the front door/desk lobby where the hotel staff are sitting, and they never asked the patrons to be quiet, even at 3AM. All I want is a clean, average, quiet hotel, and I didn't really get any of those things.

The safe broke and we didn't have another living sole in the hotel to help us . The hotel closes up completely and everything is locked. I feel there should be an emergency number posted that we could talk too in such a situation. We didn't speak the language and tried to call the international number but they didn't seem to be able to help either. Fortunately my friend cracked the safe. (New skill she has now acquired ). This was late at night and in a small town, we didn't know where we would have stayed that night, other than the car.

Very comfortable room (bed and shower, especially). Convenient location (close to LIDL grocery store) and town. Nice view from upper floors. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay here again.

THe hotel is ideal if you are touring the region, have your own means of transport and don't particularly want to drink in the town centre. It is a fair stroll from the centre probably close to 30 mins, with no obvious taxis, so own transport and nominated driver seems to be the answer for going into town at night. The hotel itself is pretty much run economically, a fact you are rewarded for in the good value rooms. The breakfast at €9 is also good value, but other than for a place to sleep that's safe and clean I wouldn't recommend the hotel, if you want somewhere to socialise or rest during the day, as it has little to offer. One minor gripe would be that there were absolutely no cups/mugs or cutlery in our duplex room/suite despite the room having a kitchenette and kettle. Thus the provided tea and coffee sachets were of no use whatsoever.

Very nice hotel it is almost brand new and the staff were great . Not on the Sat Nav yet but I found the location before we left. Would highly recommend for a short stay.
