Good unfortunately there was work going on outside our room in the road so very noisy

Good location. Front desk staff were helpful.
Bedrooms are small. There was no curtain in one of the bathrooms so the builders opposite could see anyone in there.
There was bad condensation problem with mold on the windows. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning when we complained. There was no long hanging in the wardrobes nor any coat hooks. The kitchenette was sparsely equipped. There was a microwave oven, but it lacked the convection function needed to heat many ready meals supplied in foil trays. Two of the three lifts were out of order for the duration of my stat and the one working one was very slow. The street noise was very loud in the evenings.

I was helping my daughter move into an apartment in Chelsea so this location was ideal. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, South Kensington station very close, Lots od restaurants and easy to get anywhere. The building is old- 1930s but rooms were nicely renovated. I needed to open my window for air circulation and the noise of the street and a crossing sign were present until later evening. Internet was included not extra as I had read in prior reviews. Staff is very nice. Building is clean but just older carpets in main areas etc… Overall great stay.

We were going to a gig at the RAH and wanted somewhere close. Stays in Chelsea are not cheap, but this was great. A lil ‘flat’ with cosy bed and a lovely anniversary welcome with Prosecco, chocolates and even rose petals! Very sweet and lovely. Well done fab staff at Chelsea Cloisters.

I would definitely stay again. Great staff. Nice sized apartment and futon couch. Lots of amenities and close to the subway. Good, safe neighborhood and grocery store next door. The only cons that it was noisy and very cold. The heat doesn't come on until mid October. We were very cold walking around in our apt. I should have brought it up to staff because they had portable heaters. But I didn't know. I was on the 7th floor and I could hear all the street noise with ease.
You can also tell that it has been remodeled but is waiting on a few final touches, like carpet in the halls, windows and baseboards in the house.
Would still highly recommend.good bang for your buck. Lovely staff and they even let us leave our bags there for the day.

Accommodation is in a great location and central to tube and sights. Rooms a good size and have a small kitchenette on if staying for more than a couple of nights. Bathroom is very small and could do with upgrading, looking rather shabby and windows need to be double glazed as can hear everything outside. Beds comfortable, unfortunately not the pillows.

Shower was horrendous, water came from various gaps in the pipe and soaked the whole room. No hairdryer.

This was our 2nd stay at the Cloisters. First was in 2023, and we rebooked this year for 2 weeks. We were not disappointed. It is conveniently located in a nice area, close to city bus stops and the South Kensington tube station. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and having a washer/dryer in the room is a major perk for a longer term stay! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Top of our list for our next visit to the UK!

Property was in poor condition very bad water marks on the ceiling, and the mattress was like sleeping on a brick.
Kitchen was very clean with very basic amenities however bathroom needed a clean before using.
The bed was very uncomfortable and overall it was not at ll what was described and pictured when booked. Only plus size was location. Would not book again

The headline for this property was a 1 bedroom apartment however it was a studio.
While the detail clarifies that it is actually a studio I did not see that at the time of booking and felt that the marketing was deliberately misleading. Deliberately misleading marketing should not be allowed on Expedia.

Its a little run down but totally comfortable especially for a solo traveller. They charge a lot for wifi!

Excellent time, very close to amenities, teansport short walk distance, the museums visit was a lovely trip day free entrance, lots to do enjoy everyminute around .

Great location. Our Apt bathroom and kitchen were in need of repair and renovation. Mold smell and peeling paint. Maybe also had plumping issues.

Overall positive experience, location is great, loved having a kitchen and enough space for the family with two bedrooms. Staff were friendly.

Very nice apartment, lovely clean towels and bedding. Down side sofa bed uncomfortable as a sofa, covers stained which let the rest of the cleanliness down. No microwave in room, would have been helpful.

HOTEL is a hot, does not have air conditioner. We had to sweat down because London was 82 degrees that day. If you like sleeping in a sauna this hotel for you. I wish Hotel.com would state that properties do not have A/c.
