Possibly the best hotel stay I have ever had traveling, especially in wichita. Since the renovation this place has been an absolute crown jewel for hotel stays and they are very reasonably priced. I will absolutely be staying there every time I’m in town for business.

I hadn’t been to Wichita KS in decades. The city has really grown. This hotel is truly a neo classic; 13-15 Ft ceiling, walk-in shower, a small oven, microwave, refrigerator.
The old town hotel reminds you of news clips and reports on how the stars of the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s lived. Truly retro cool.

This place is AWESOME!!!! So much character and detail. Almost all the staff was so nice! (Only one front desk clerk wasn’t friendly)

Super amazing! Right in the center of all the activity in old town, and probably one of the most comfortable rooms I've stayed in for a long time.

We were impressed by this hotel overall. The building itself is gorgeous and all of the common areas bright and well appointed. Our room was large and clean. Our only complaint would be the front desk staff. Sasha was dismissive to both my husband and I on multiple occasions when we asked for suggestions, assistance, and during the check out process. Enhanced consierge and overall customer service would compliment this otherwise great hotel.

My stay was awesome until around 8.30 pm when I was awaken by loud noises from people talked and laughed out loud in the hallway in front of my room and slammed their doors multiple times. I was deeply asleep till then. Those guests then went in the room next to mine, with connecting door, very loud still, cooked and the smell of it penetrated my room. I tried to bang on the door to let them know there is other person next door, but they don't care, so I turned my TV very loudly. They were still noisy till passed midnight.

Hotel pillows are just awful, all of them. I forgot to take my pillow from home but the room had a down pillow in the closet. I was so relieved and able to sleep. Room was roomy and really nice. Room was immaculate. I would have like a side table on both sides of the bed but nobody’s perfect.

It’s such a unique hotel, and checks all the boxes. Plus it’s in such a cute area of town right across from River City Brewery. Don’t hesitate to book!

Gorgeous renovated hotel with a historic yet modern vibe. Excellent team all around-from front desk to housekeeping. Spotless, super large rooms (with a mini kitchen set up, also spotless and well stocked) and walkable to several restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book!

I loved the mix of new and old. The pictures and artifacts in the hallways are interesting. The exposed brick and old telephone combined with the modern room and bathroom is tastefully done.
The room was large and clean.
We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The Spice Merchant was worth the short walk! The farmers and craft market was just across the street on Saturday. The Hotel at Old Town is the BEST!!

Really LOVE this unique hotel. Perfect location - walked to everything! Rooms are nicely appointed, local flavor included. I even enjoyed walking the halls with their historical pictures!
