Friendly and helpful staff, was able to check in early. Was able to store our luggage on final day. Gym was available to use when needed. Large bedroom and was upgraded on check in with large balcony and the sea view was fantastic. Hotel was about a 15mins walk to get to the main parts of the Puerto del Carmen strip.

The domestic staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. The facilities were excellent, particularly for anyone wanting a hotel/pool/sport based holiday. The location was very good, close to the beach, restaurants and shops and only 15 mins from the airport.

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Staff friendly and helpful. Food awful. Only decent thing to eat was chicken nuggets at pool bar - if you like that sort of food. Apparently different themed nights however food was the same thing except for a special choice. That could be grilled chicken or pork. So dry you could hardly cut it. Mini burgers in gravy which were pink in the middle. Cold buffet had very little changes. We ate out a couple of nights. When complained about food being 2* I was advised that no one else had complained yet round the pool most were complaining. Very little for kids to do and entertainment in evening was poor.

Stayed with my husband. Had a lovely room with sea view. Hotel was very clean and every staff member was friendly and attentive. Loved the sauna and the pool was always clean. Lots of shops close by, and 2 minute walk from the beach. Loved our stay and would love to revisit!

The hotel was fine but i am disappointed that i was double charged, i mistakenly double booked, and i was charged twice even though i can not stay in 2 rooms at the same time.

A lovely hotel. Super close to the beach but also has a lovely pool and jacuzzi if you prefer that. Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the airport as well as a nice walk to the harbour. Will stay here again when we’re back in Lanzarote!

Hotel staff are excellent from maids, reception to restaurant staff all are polite and give a great service Hotel food is good quality and varied Reception staff so helpful with any issues Rooms are large and comfortable I would recommend this hotel and will be returning my next visit

Hotel was fine, but is advertised as child friendly but that’s not how it is when you’re there. The lifeguard basically didn’t allow the kids to have any fun in the pool and wanted an adult to be within arms reach of kids at all times. Bearing in mind our child was 6 and is capable of swimming with arm bands. That spoiled half our holiday until another guest complained and he was a bit more relaxed. Maid service wasn’t great and forgot to make up the pullout bed, even though it was open when the room was serviced. No big deal I would have done it myself but they removed all the bedding. Very bizarre. Food and drinks were ok, basic enough but fine overall. Would recommend to older crowd and definitely wouldn’t recommend for a family.

As our daughter was sick we needed to come home early the staff were kind and friendly about this and completely understood, and thanks to a lovely Lady I dealt with from hotels.com for helping me recieve some of my money back for the nights we couldnt stay, staff are very nice to deal with and good english, wasnt to happy with our room location but staff did everything to try offer us different rooms, but I would recommend this hotel to familys with children :)

the room was very clean. Every day they have changed towels and every two days curtains. The breakfast was quite good. the only problem was the noice coming from men at work near our room very early in the morning but also during the day.When you have to do such kind of work you should close the hotel for a while because your customers cannot completely relax and enjoy their holiday.

The hotel is in a great location very clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet needs more variation the same offering everyday. The lunch buffet also was the same each time with no variation needs more choices

Overall we had a lovely stay - this is the second time we have stayed at Lanzarote Village. Rooms were just as clean as last time, pool area is lovely (although the sunbeds are a bit tired). Bar is really reasonably priced.We stayed half board, but we decided to swap our dinner for lunch every day as the evening buffet wasnt great -Breakfast is mediocre (no fresh fruit salad, and the pieces of fruit available werent always the freshest), lunch is good (plenty of fresh fish and salad) but dinner was quite poor. Not sure why it varied so much but it worked for us as we preferred to eat at restaurants in the evening. You have to leave a €10 deposit for the safe, another €10 for beach towel, and another €10 for an iron if you need one, so we had €30 locked up in deposits until the end of our holiday which was annoying.The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the bars and restaurants.Overall really nice stay and despite the above will still be returning next year.

Food was not that nice, not much of a selection. Staff were friendly some slightly grumpy, especially the old man who works on the pool bar. Quite far from the shops also. However a great place to stay if you want to get away for a week or two.

We were all inclusive and the food was excellent. Local drinks included were also very good. Clean pool and large rooms. The staff were really friendly and the reception staff were very helpful when we asked for advice. This was our second trip to the hotel and we would definitely go again.

Very decent hotel and friendly staff. Good location at end of strip, a nice 10 minute walk to start of shops / restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean and the free bottle of water each day was a nice touch. The buffet breakfast was good. Nice pool and decent lounges, although some looked a bit jaded. I’d stay here again and reccommend to friends. The niggly points were; the room door lock was a bit temperamental, there was dust on the tv/ fridge shelf from when we arrived to when we left. The gym was basic and the sauna was not open during the stated time on the Sunday.
