The room lacks basic stuff like a fridge, mini bar, slippers, telephone for room service. I spoke to the hotel about that and they suggested to leave my room and go to the reception every time I want to put something in the fridge or to have hot water. They claimed to reponr to WhatsApp (instead of the telephone) which they were not. I had to wait for one day for my bed sheet to be changed.

Check in process is highly cumbersome, with loads of info needed pointlessly. Rooms are automatically assigned, if you got a good rate, you automatically get the worst rooms, on floor one, facing the street next to the elevator. Walls are paper thin, so you hear everything in the building. Rooms not properly cleaned, hair in the towels and bugs in the shower. Good location for people needing the main railway station, and polite friendly staff.

Located close to Wien Hbf, thus easy access to airport. Very nice trendy interior design and environmental friendly. Quiet area. Absolutely loved my window bench. Wish i could have stayed longer.

Clean, safe, quiet, affordable and easily walkable from Wien HBF. Note that there isn't a real air conditionner, there is an ineffective air exchange system such that I was slightly hot during the night.

The room was big enough and very clean. The decoration and interior design is innovative and friendly, the access to airport is fast since it is located next to train station and there is a direct train from there to the airport. It is not close to the city center, however.

Generally it was good experience.

First, it is an automated check in. It is slow clumsy and just dumb...especially as a hotel desk person is standing there watching you. I asked for a different room as i had a loft bed which is not good for someone over 60 with bad knees. They would not. Descrption said air conditioned...you are better off buying a fan and putting it in the window - it was a joke with minimal air flow. Breakfast was the worse we have had in Europe....drink prices are high and they do not charge to your room. All in all a disaster...i highly recommend you find ANYTHING but this place

The hotel is short walk to the train station. It’s quiet and relaxing. No coffee or tea in the room though. I wish there was. Anyhow, my overall stay was great and will definitely will stay again because of location and affordability.

Great stay at the Hotel Schani Wien. Got there early and they allowed us to use their complimentary luggage storage. Caught the metro right in front of the hotel. Really liked the self check in. Super clean room and real comfortable bed. Very safe area near the train station.

This hotel is in a good location 5 min. Walk to the main train station in Viena. But i will not rate this hotel a 4 stars ever, the decoration is very poor like really weird, the room was very small. No refrigerator in room, no glasses to drink from, no water. No pool no gym. The breakfast overpriced and the apple strudel is cold and not sauce added. I will not recommend this hotel is not what you expect for a 4 star hotel.

Nice little hotel only 5 minutes from Vienna Central Station. The room was very clean and the hotel had a nice 24 hour bar in the lobby. Karlsplatz was only 2 stops from the Central station using the U1 line so the location was perfect for travellers and the central station has a multitude of eateries as well.

The location of the hotel was good, underground parking had many free spots (the cost was 23 EUR/day). The room key in the application didn't work. When we came to the lobby, there was no one available to talk to. We made a room key ourselves on a tablet. Air conditioning/heating in the room didn't work. The floor wasn't cleaned: waste was lying around. There was no door in the shower. The breakfast was too expensive (22 EUR/person) for its quality and variety: fruit salad wasn't fresh, some glasses for cappuccino were dirty. Overall, the communication with the hotel staff was minimized as much as possible. For this price you can find a better hotel.

Great location only 5 minutes walking from the train station. The staff are fantastic! Check in was easy even though we arrived after midnight and the bar is open 24/7 with nice drinks including hot wine for the holiday season. The rooms are comfortable with a great layout that uses every inch of space. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in. Vienna!

Pros, Very close to the main station 5 mins by walk Cons, No room service, the tissue was run out in the room, I need to come to the reception to take it by my self. Wifi was really unstable. Quite small room.

It is very nice enviroment, very friendly staff. It is very convinient to train station, 5 minutes walk, and convinient to sight seeing place. I wish there is tea pot in room for hot tea and noodles since I was sick for two days when I was there, but staff at lobby are very nice, always gave me hot water for tea.
