The Jefferson Hotel is exceptionally beautiful. The charm of the hotel is very evident in the architecture. The staff are helpful and courteous. The food is delicious. The holiday ambiance was enhanced with graceful decorations throughout the lobby and common areas.
I will return for another visit.

From the moment we pulled up we felt at home at the Jefferson. Bakar was a warm, friendly face who welcomed us to our room. From there, we felt the rooms were tidy and the hotel is so beautiful it's hard to force yourself to leave. The perfect spot to stay for the Richmond marathon as starting line is right around the corner. Couldn't have been a better weekend!

World-class hotel. Incredible service. However, it is pricey. Valet had plugs to charge our EV, so Valet turned out to be better option than self-park.

Cleanliness, first of all - lamps and windows (especially on the fifth floor - the exit to the roof - it looks like the last time of cleaning up took place 2 decades ago, lol). And you should do something with your breakfast menus - it's not what we expect from the 5-star hotel.

Gorgeous hotel. Immaculate. Like going to a castle. There was nothing I could request that any of the staff would not immediately step in to offer assistance. And in the kindest most professional way. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Room service was tasty too. the Jefferson Hotel-elegant, tasteful peaceful and beautiful.. Enjoyed reading books in the historic lobby. Richmond is a great place for a getaway.

With that reference point, I was blown away as to how impressive your staff and hotel were!
There are a lot of beautiful hotels like yours in the world, but your staff is what separates you from the crowd. They are simply what other hotels should aspire to be.
Your front desk people were great but Emma was the best person I've literally ever seen running a front desk. Not only did I tell her that, but I still remember her name several days (and hotels) later.
Keep up the remarkable work. Anytime I'm in the area I will go out of my way to stay at the Jefferson!

The staff are all so trendy and helpful. T?he Concierge, Joe, was especially helpful and attentive to our needs. While sitting in the lobby to decide where to go, he brought us2 waters. He then brought us to his station to answer our questions, directing us to Chez Foushee for drinks and dinner. This was an excellent recommendation. We had a wonderful unexpected time at The Jefferson. In town for a family wedding my niece suggested we stay at her favorite hotel! And we are so glad we did. The property is beautiful, the staff friendly, and our dinner was delicious! Would definitely recommend The Jefferson Hotel!

We loved our stay! My husband and I felt welcome and relaxed. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our room was beautiful, especially the bathroom! Our only complaint is the pillows. Both of our necks hurt, but that’s kind of normal for hotels in general. This was a splurge for us and we enjoyed it.

First visit back to the Jefferson in 42 years. Even more beautiful than we remembered. Meticulously maintained, the rooms are spacious with all the amenities one could ask for. A walk in closet, large bathroom with double sinks and separate shower, tub and lavatory.
The service and staff are excellent from the front desk to the wait staff at Lemaire where we had a delicious meal and great breakfast. The Jefferson is what a 5 star hotel should be.

I cannot speak highly enough of this gorgeous property and the exceptional service. I live in Richmond and my mother came into town for my daughter’s high school graduation so it ended up being a staycation for me. From the warm welcome at check-in, to the generously sized room to the amazing customer service, we loved every minute of the three days we spent at the beautiful property. The concierge, Joseph, was so genuinely kind and made sure that my daughter made it to graduation in style. We just absolutely loved everything about our stay and I can’t wait to spend another staycation at the beautiful property.

I felt completely spoiled during our entire stay! They have thought of almost everything and the service was excellent! It was our first visit, and definitely a splurge, but it was a joy to stay there! We ate in the restaurant one morning and enjoyed room service the next, and to be honest, I enjoyed room service so much more! Everything arrived hot/cold and exactly as I ordered it, and the hostess Eva was especially friendly and kind! I also loved the noon checkout because my husband was in a meeting all morning and I didn’t need to ask for a late checkout. The history and architecture of The Jefferson have been preserved and highlighted! What a gorgeous property!
