Nice pool and nice rooms

Our stay was excellent. The place was clean, and so was the pool. Arianna at reception was so nice and very accommodating. Everything was near by.

The staff including Tim and Arianna, were awesome. Everyone you have there are an asset to Sheridan Suites. They were there when we needed anything, no questions asked. Dania Beach and Hollywood Beach are about 15 minute drive.

Not at all the true depiction of the pictures on website. Very small space and poorly managed property. Walls are old, small restroom. Staff not at all helpful. Shady area and surrounding. Not a decent neighborhood as well

Safe and nice location

We just came back from Fort Lauderdale where we stayed 4 nights in the Sheridan suites one bedroom apartment. It was above expectation. Perfect communication with the front desk by all means, response via email and cell came immediately. We had an early flight and our apt was ready at noon. The unit was very welcoming, and even though from outside the bld looks just like motel the unit was a one bedrm apt with fully equipped kitchen and large ref. Great clean large bathroom. We needed extra supplies for the bathrm, everything was brought to us in a min. There is a safe parking. The hotel is quite, and has very nice clean swimming pool. Publix is in a few min of driving. Close to the airport, close to the port. What I can say: Thank you! And my personal thans to Ms. Arianna working at the front desk!

I loved Sheridan Suites Apartments Hotel!!! Because it was a very big apartment room for my family with 4 of my kids! Clean & nice! We all loved and enjoyed pool, also beach very close like 6 minutes away only, lots of places to go and eat or shopping. Worth the price that I paid!!!!!!

We were unaware that we had to request our room to be cleaned and we had to go to the front area to request extra garbage bags and towels

The staff was very polite

The suite was very nice indeed. The bathroom needed a bit of upgrading. The staff was excellent. I actually could not find the suites and someone came to my location and I followed them. I would return.

The Front Desk Receptionist was helpful, kind & so polite. I disturbed because did not know that I had to pay $10 each day for parking, she told me that I would be reimbursed. My room was so cute, clean, and private with a security code entrance. Restaurants, carry- outs, grocery stores, & etcetera are in walking distance. I made sure that I left the room in perfect condition and I cleaned it to show my appreciation. The beach is only 7 minutes away by car. I am going to reserve this property/room accommodation for my October 28, 2024 vacation.

Except for some mold on the walls of the bathtub place was great for one night.

The overall stay was ok I will not go back

There was nothing to like about this property it was dirty and unsafe on the outside so much so that we refuse to get out of the car and went somewhere else.

I wish they have some basic things such as cooking oil, sugar, salt for cooking. Pots , pan, utensils are available. Overall, it’s good for a short stay.

Our cruise disembarked at 9 AM and the hotel did a great job and getting us in and booked early for our rooms. The staff was absolutely marvelous and helping my family get comfortable.

I was very pleased with our stay. There was a little mishap with giving us a dirty room but they quickly rectified the situation, put us in a new room. The property was quiet and clean. We will be back!

Good customer service

The 3 bedroom unit that we stayed in was not spacious enough at all! The hallways are very narrow which made our supposed to be 5 night stay very inconvenient. We could not stay the remainder of the nights there because it was not conducive for our child who was physically unable to get through the hallways with her very small wheelchair. In order to maximize the amount of rooms they took away from the common area that should be a certain width for anyone to walk or roll through. Ive never seen anything like this . We are usually able to work around units that are not wheelchair accessible but these are ridiculous! The front person was trying to be helpful but seems like they didn’t have any room that would accommodate our family. When we explained our issue they said if we choose to leave they would only refund our money if they had a rental for that night! I guess they didn’t get that rental because our money was never returned to us. It should be against the law to have a hotel that does not have accessible spaces. Everyone should be able to access a public space such as a hotel and my daughter was seriously inconvenienced because these things were not available. Expedia should seriously do a thorough review on the hotels posted here.

There didn’t seem to be enough parking. Also, workers on the outside of the building were drilling very early in the morning. Loud traffic noise tru the night. Older facility but you are in a historical area.

Very nice and friendly people

Excellent customer service and property. For the price, it was amazing value. The 3 bedroom place we stayed at was in great condition, fully furnished, clean and well decorated. We arrived early and they were able to store and lock up our luggage. Convenient location as well. Highly recommended.

Hotel is considered a motel with not so good people staying over night. This is why they required a deposit in addition to the payment upfront- which is non refundable. The rooms are nothing like the photos on the site. They are very old and bed, appliances and furniture are old. Wouldn’t recommend to business or vacation travelers.
