Very charming

Great boutique hotel and service. Not walking distance to downown but near Tram station to get there in 15’. Enjoyed our short visit.

Booked Made in Louise for one night for me and my daughter. It was a quirky, cozy hotel. Staff was very warm and welcoming. It had nice decor and interior, with a lovely reception area where complimentary coffee and herbal tea was offered to guests. We were booked into a charming loft room with sloped ceiling. It had one window facing the nice garden area. A neat and clean space, including bathroom and toilet. The toilet was separate to the bathroom, sort of built into a small space, like a wardrobe. This was a creative solution but it worked just fine. Handwash, lotion and showerproducts were by Clarins, great quality, and there was also a box with different beauty items available, such as cotton buds. The room had a tv which allowed for streaming Netflix from your own phone. This is something I have missed at other hotels. There was no AC thus the room got very warm during the night. We were happy though that the outdoor temperature was only about 20 degrees, had it been warmer I’m not sure we would have managed very well. Other than that I highly recommend the hotel and I would love to come back another time.

Very kind staff! Free coffee and water. Snacks and drinks for sale. A yard if the weather is nice. Rooms are spacious, clean and have a French flair. Trams are a couple of blocks away and taxi to city center are ten euro. Neighborhood is upscale and feels safe.

Loved it, great relaxing place to stay. Lots of very nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Easy to access everything around Brussels walking or using the trams.

The Wi-Fi only worked near one wall and the bathroom tiles were loose so they sometimes stuck to your feet when you exited the shower. The staff were very nice, but couldn’t resolve the Wi-Fi issue.

Made in Louise was excellent. Must have been very recently completely refurbished and renovated; very much a "designer hotel" with a tip-top ambience. My only suggestion for improvement is this: I had an early flight from Brussels, and had to check out before breakfast was served. Most hotels would in that situation offer you a small bag with perhaps a small bottle of juice, an apple, a hardboiled egg, a couple of sandwhiches, or so. However, when I asked on the day before my leaving, I was told that they could not provide that. Otherwise, the service was friendly and generous. Wifi was good. Nice garden. And the regular breakfast buffet was very good and varied.

We loved everything about the hotel with one small exception: there are no rooms that are accessible without at least a few stairs -- and some of the rooms have many stairs. The site should alert people that the hotel is not suitable for customers who need accessible facilities.

we spent one day with my wife. the hotel welcomes you with a great smell. room was clean and quiet. stuff was helpful and friendly. I can honestly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly service! Pretty good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Hot water was a little unpredictable - sometimes hot and at other times less hot. Euro 10 Uber ride to Brussels Central. Several restaurants within walking distance. I’d stay here again.

Made in Louise was a wonderful property! I truly felt like I was in my home away from home! They have excellent service, free coffee, tea, and water bar! All the staff were fantastic and very helpful! I couldn’t ask for a better stay and would highly recommend. I will visit this property again in my travels!

When we arrived to the hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bags before the room was ready for us. They also delivered our bags to our room when it was ready. The staff was kind and helpful for the entirety of our stay. Unfortunately the property could use some upkeep. Our room was not the cleanest, and the bedding had a few small stains. Also, if you are a light sleeper this might not be the best hotel for you, as the rooms are not soundproofed and every footstep around you can be heard throughout the night. The location of the hotel was good, and the neighborhood was nice and walkable.

Strongly recommend to anyone who prefers the boutique experience. What sets this place apart is its proximity to the center of town - close enough to experience it all but distanced just far enough to feel like you still get some small taste of local authenticities. The neighborhood is beautiful - chock full of picturesque streets and townhomes. There is a self-guided neighborhood architecture tour worth checking out if you have time - the reception desk provided us with all the necessary info for that and it turned out to be a highlight of our visit. Amazingly warm, helpful & friendly staff. They were particularly helpful with helping us navigate Belgium’s newly enacted Covid restrictions & their recommendations for restaurants proved to be very good & accurate. We felt very welcomed by every person we dealt with here. As a couple, we were spoiled with a triple room (#6). It was quite large by European standards, clean & comfortable bed/bedding. Blackout shades and quiet. Good water pressure in shower. Access to free water & coffee was a nice perk throughout our stay.

Fantastic hotel, with a relaxed but formal ambience. For late arriving guests or those who prefer to stay in, the deliveroo option with the foyer refreshments is a great option. Having a refreshing beer, with some Deliveroo infront of the cosy log fire was a highlight. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Would recommend and stay again!

Excellent hotel and great staff and good restaurants nearby but you have to catch local transport to get into the main town or a good 20 minute walk
