Air conditioning was a pain to figure out, would be a great idea to leave a laminated step by step guide
Also the room didnt have a microwave to reheat my leftovers

We really liked our stay. Our room was quiet, spacious and extremely clean, with a balcony and lovely view across treetops to Mount Ainslie. The bed was comfortably firm, the shower strong and there were sweet and savoury treats left for us to enjoy. Extra pods for the espresso machine were available at reception, along with apples and chocolate to start our day happily. The location was excellent, right next to Kingston's cafes and restaurants and a short stroll to Manuka in one direction and the Kingston foreshore in the other. Free parking was the bonus, and the staff throughout couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. Highly recommend as a base for a Canberra stay.

Overall, stay was great. Its location is close to Canberra city centre by car, easy walk to restaurants to eat.
Reception service great and the complimentary tea, coffee, water and snacks was a nice little perk!
Parking was complimentary.
Only thing is that there wasn't a phone in the room for room service or to call reception but otherwise, good value for money and a great stay.

It was a wonderful stay. Staff is especially friendly, courteous, efficient, and accommodating. We arrived earlier than the check-in time. “Ankas” (meaning: Sky) helped us to have our room ready for check-in and also provide us some local attractions suggestions. “Daisy” was also very nice, helpful, and efficient in many ways. Facility was clean, bright, and in a nice and quiet neighborhood, with a commercial area just one block away. Public bus stops were also nearby. By the way, everything in the fridge was complimentary (no accidental charges…🙂). We definitely recommend this place!

The building is modern, great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Whilst rooms are nice, all 3 beds were as hard as rocks, sheets on one bed had fresh blood, doona on another bed had blood stains.
Lounge which was also hard as a rock also had disgusting stains on it.

Location suited us. Walkability to restaurants & cafes, supermarket was nearby. The staff were very welcoming & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was well equiped, very clean, & comfortable furnishings. Wexwill definitely be returning. Highly recommended by this well travelled mature couple. Easy parking (free) under the property was a bonys!

We couldn't complain about the hotel amenities, price or service. There was new carpet installed with a very toxic smell, that hit the visitor as soon as you walked into the property. It pervaded the hallways through the hotel.

Kingston is a great location and the surrounding area is very good. Dining is a short walk and also a short drive to the Kingston Waterfront with lots of dining options. Easy car access in and out of Canberra. Reception people were lovely with the property well-kept with the room being a generous size.
