Excellent friendly guest house, amazing service, only negative would be ! The more people who read this, the more people will want to stay, less room for me !

Beautiful place in a lovely setting , the host were so attentive and lovely , room was lovely and well equipped with smart tv , kettle tea / coffee etc, a complimentary bottle of wine was cooling in the mini fridge in the room Breakfast was amazing and cooked to perfection - could not find any faults at all and would definitely book again when I’m in the area

A very nice guesthouse. Newly refurbished. Very clean. Very spacious rooms with nice little touches. Loads of parking spaces. Very good breakfast. Lovely hosts (Emyr and Tracy). Will definitely stay again next time we visit the area.

A wonderful place, the room was large, well laid out, beautifully decorated, clean, relaxing and quiet. The owners were friendly and very helpful and their attention to detail was spot on. The breakfast was delicious, i highly recommend the scrambled eggs!! A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

What a little gem. Tracey greeted me at 9.30pm knowing what a tough day it had been. The room was perfect for one person, all the little touches they had thought of everything. Breakfast was beautiful and cooked to order. I cannot praise this property and owners enough. It's just what I needed

Cannot recommend enough. Tracy and Emyr were fantastic hosts and the place was immaculately clean. Everything has been thought of for a comfortable stay away from home, with lovely extra touches. Thank you both so much for a wonderful stay and a delicious breakfast :) Will definitely return when working in the area again. (Also, Tracy’s recommendation of the Dog&Duck for dinner was fab)

Absolutely lovely hotel, down a little road to a beautiful hotel, ample parking in a quiet and rural area. Greeted at the door, rooms were large, modern and spotless. Was nice to have a couch to sit on to watch tv or just chat instead of having to sit on the bed. Information booklet was great, had a nice dinner at the dog and duck and breakfast was lovely, personal touches like remembering names and what our plans for the day were made it even more amazing. Beautiful bridlepaths near the property with nice views for some fresh air. Would definitely come again and stay longer if ever in the area. Felt like being back home in Scotland with the rural area !

Serene and quiet location but near to facilities, restaurants, etc, 10 minutes or less drive to Mansfield. Absolutely fabulous, like it's new! Many little extras in the bedroom and quality toiletries. Spotless throughout, lovely fresh cooked breakfast or continental options. Stayed in five star hotels that don't come up to the standard of this five star accommodation! Lovely grounds to be enjoyed when the weather is favourable and super countryside around.

My first stay here & I'm looking forward to my 2nd visit,my friends who also stayed love the place.We were met in the car park by Emyr & as soon as we stepped inside i knew i would love bridleways,we had room 9 overlooking the car park on the ground floor & no noise whatsoever,everywhere was spotlessly clean,room & bathroom was just so lovely,tea & coffee facilities were just fab,excellent hairdryer provided,fabulous toiletries in the bathroom to use,breakfast was everything you wanted,breafast room was spotlessly clean too,was sad to leave,location for us was great as friends live nearby & restaurants chosen were not too far away,bridleways is just fabulous & would highly recommend, would stay longer next time & do some walking around the area..

A very warm welcome from the owner who greeted me by name as I entered. I booked the single room which had all you could ask for. A very cleverly designed resently refurbished room. Comfortable bed . Freeview TV. Nice shower. Free eye mask and earplugs and bottle of cold water from the fridge in the room. Nice breakfast and I'm sure I will be back .

We simply loved this property. Our room had two recliners and so many plugs. The bathroom was great. The property is beautiful. The breakfast was great. The owners are lovely. Wish all out stays were this wonderful. Great value and great place to stay. Beautiful!

Greeted by Tracy on arrival. Lovely room, very clean. Water in the fridge. Beds very comfy and lovely soft 2 seater recliner in our room. Was greeted by our names in the morbing for breakfast which was nice petsonal touch. Food was delicious and good choice available. We only stayed one night but wished it was longer. Will definitely be going back.

Quality from start to finish. Top quality accommodation, the most warmest of welcomes, extras offered just tip the scales. Not my first time here, that’s why I reckon there shall be many more. Thank you to the Bridleways team 👌
