It’s set up nice

Tub was running water for all 4 days. Bad leak. Ceiling at the entrance of the room was falling apart. And dogs piss and stink all over the front lawn. So when you walk out the front door it’s smells like animals literally.

Poor communication. Coackroches everywhere. Walls had smashed bugs/blood on them. Cold water in the bathroom would not shut off. Smelled like raw Marijuana.

I liked that it was two bedrooms and able to accommodate a group of five persons.

we asked for enough towels for five persons but only enough for four persons were placed in the apartment. the apartment had roaches and mosquitoes. the parking space was not accommodating for a minivan. Someone left a note on our rental minivan that we had parked in the wrong spot.

We found several cockroaches and what sounded like rodents scuttling in one of the bedroom ceilings. The kitchen was poorly equipped, no plug for the sink, no teatowels, dishwasher liquid etc Lack of privacy from kitchen door to bedroom. You could see from outside the property into the bedroom as there was no covering on the window. No response from the landlord when I messaged about wifi.

It was t clean and There were full with Cookroaches the bath room and the kitchen !! I have videós about it . I call és then and they offered. Smaller apartment wich i didnt take because it was very lát-e might and I was needed the space. So the next day they called the terminator and cleaned . So we stayed . But I think I would be fair at least give some discounts. The owner said no . So not too good experience.
