World class customer service!

Television did not work. Only one chair in the room. Just OK with minimal furnishings.

Was really trying to find a place that was pet friendly as I always travel with my pups! Upon checking in I was met with a gentleman who was extremely hospitable and who actually read my notes where I suggested / asked for specific request! It was definitely a mix of people just traveling. Overall I’m a single woman traveling with my pups and did not feel unsafe at all. It was a busy hotel meaning people hanging out sometimes around or outside but it was great and did the job!! I will def be back and appreciate the great service!

Check in was little off. We wanted to check in early but there is a $40 fee to do so. They were over booked so they had to wait for rooms to become available. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, no small shower products offered except a small soap bar. You can hear everything but at least most of the night was quiet. Bed was ok but not enough pillows. We had to buy some from Walmart. AC worked great. Overall, it was a place to sleep and we weren't looking for anything fancy and the price was perfect. It's close to the highway and to the beach if you wanted to go (not walking distance, but close enough), close to the convention center and downtown Ft. Lauderdale.

The parking lot smelled like pee, there were lots of people hanging out around the property, the rooms had musky smells and one of them had mold. The guy at the country was very nice.

Absolutely filthy. I’m not a prude, but this was the worst national brand motel I ever entered. We saw the condition of the common ways and room and went back to the desk to cancel our stay. Motel 6 needs to inspect this place. Halls and stairways smelled like urine, bloody fingerprints on the bathroom door, dead bugs on the floor

There was a murder in the parking lot during our stay. The rooms were disgusting and the smell was horrible. Do not stay here .

The TV was hanging off the wall at a 25 degree angle, there was no shampoo, no cups, no coffee machine, no public food/drink conveniences, no "do not disturb signs", most of the time there was no-one at the desk, there were hookers coming in and out of the hotel giving tips to the people at the front desk after their tricks,

Didn’t feel safe, broken outside door by our room, noisy all night, only had coffee but no sugar, etc. Won’t stay again and would never recommend. Evening person at check in was rude.

Hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. We stayed one night at the beginning of the week and at the end. I was told when leaving the 1st night that I could use AARP card for an additional discount, which would also give us a later check-out time. The only problem I had with the room was that you couldn’t charge your phone next to the bed, since the USB plugs next to the bed didn’t work. The only plug was on the desk across the room. The bathroom was very large and could use a table next to the sink, since the sink is very small for shaving or make-up items. You will also need to bring a hair dryer and shampoo/conditioner. The second day we arrived very early and the lady at the desk, told us the the room was not ready, but she would have the cleaning lady do our room 1st. She also stored our luggage for use so we could go to breakfast until room was cleaned, since there is a restaurant next to the hotel, which is very convenient. When we returned there was a gentleman at the desk and everything that the lady had told us was now different. Can’t use the discount since I booked through Hotels.com., and would have to pay for early check in, (the room was not ready and now he had no idea when it would be.) He was not very personable and his disagreeable attitude was the reason I gave this hotel a lesser review.

Dark and quiet room. Just what I needed after a noisy flight. Turns out parents are noisier than their children!

This hotel sold my credit card number and I had fraudulent charges on my car within 4 days after my one night stay. I am sure it was this hotel as they are the only place I used this particular card. They take a screen shot of your drivers license along with your credit card info which is a bit shady. The results is fraud. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ANY COST. Also the place is dirty not up to usual Motel 6 standards. People should be fired and arrested. Do Not Stay Here!!!!

The property ran out of key cards; which supposedly happen often. So to get into your room, the staff have to open the door for you. This is the first for us, not to have a room key to your room. We received a piece of paper with the room number written on it. And that’s our room key. This is how the staffs know that you stay there and what room to open. Would not recommend this place unless you prefer the inconvenient. Also, we booked a room with queen bed back in June. However, we got a full size bed.

I do not know if they are remodeling but the front desk needs a bigger desk and organization. I checked in at 3:30 and they had to find a room that was cleaned. The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. Over all it was good. Just need better organization and communication.

When I made my reservation I selected to pay at the hotel upon arrival unfortunately my card was charged while I was still in Minneapolis. When I finally made it to the hotel no one could explain to me why my card was charged prior to my arrival. It was fraud and I will dispute the charge.

Evacuation stay due to hurricane Milton. Arrived and initially felt unsafe. No one at front desk for 10-15 mins. Strong skunk like odor through out motel and rooms. Seemed understaffed. I appreciated a place to stay with pets and that variety of pets accepted during the storm.

We stayed for 2 nights to avoid a hurricane on the West coast of FL. I think I've only been in 2 Motel 6's and one of them we left as soon as we saw the room. This was actually fairly updated and pretty clean. Nice that they allow pets but there was a fairly strong cat urine smell in our room. No real amenities here but for the price and pet policy it's hard to beat.

Horrible reception desk. Many people basically "live there". The "residents" outside beg for anything when you go to your vehicle. Needles in parking lot. Found a MJ vape pinned to my wiper blade. The room my guest stayed in had no refrigerator or microwave. Stunk like a skunk had been everywhere. Just a horrible place to stay. STILL HAVE NO RECEIPT FOR THE STAY!!!!

My sheets had stains on them my towels had make up on them the floor was dirty I ask the front desk person that was there for some clean sheets and also clean towels he stated he was not the front desk person he was just cover for someone. This was the most nasty experience I have ever seen, I didn’t say

As i continue staying here at this motel 6 the staff is friendly and very helpful I appreciate the service I get here its clean and nice and I would recommend to anyone its really great

Nicole is fantastic i have never had a issue here at this establishment its such a pleasure to stay here very welcoming and great hospitality and some good food around the area also its convenient to everything the beach is 10 mins away everything is perfect 10/10 staying here

Staff on duty need to check the cleanliness of the rooms before issuing same to customers to ensure they are not walking into a dirty room
