Great property in an excellent location. Close to everything. Wonderful backyard retreat. Comfy bed and house had everything we needed. Easy and quick communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We were supposed to stay on Siesta Key but got displaced due to flooding to Christine's property and it was our saving grace! We spent most of our vacation at the backyard pool due to red flag warnings at the beach. My whole family enjoyed the pool and spacious backyard. The house also had every item you could need including great pool toys. We stayed at a place last year that did not even have paper towel so this felt like an extreme upgrade. Christine was in great communication and we very much enjoyed. Also place was in a great location, it was quiet and off to the side but also very accessible. Would definitely stay at her place again.

I would definitely recommend this home, it has everything you need, and couldn’t ask for a better Host, Christine. The backyard was favorite of the home, with the in-ground pool, hot tub, fire pit and corn hole! It’s in the middle of everything! Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Clean and very welcoming!

We recently spent 5 nights at the pineapple house and it was the best summer getaway. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. The host was very attentive ensuring that every detail was taken care of. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

We stayed here comfortably for a week with our three teenage children. The house is well-maintained, very clean, and stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom essentials. There’s even a box fan for white noise, which we really appreciated. We were able to visit four different beaches during our stay with the longest drive being about 13 minutes away from the house. The mature landscape in the backyard in addition to the pool and hot tub is a vacation all in itself. Traffic and parking at the beaches was not a problem at all as long as you are willing to get there in the 8 to 9 o’clock hour. If you wish to snorkel point of rocks is an great location, parking is very limited and I do recommend getting there in the 7-8 o’clock-hour. There are beach chairs, floats, a cooler and beach bag for use- so no need to bring your own. We were either at the beach, in the pool or showering; if you plan on lots of water activities I do recommend bringing an extra set of beach towels. We took a sunset cruise with Beach Bum Charters and had a great time with Toby. This vacation was the perfect mix of fun, relaxation and family time! .

We enjoyed this house so much. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing. This cutely decorated home is very well stocked with kitchen necessities, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, pool floats, bikes, cornhole. We had so much fun. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. 10/10 recommend!

My family had a wonderful time. We really liked the private fenced backyard which had lots of room to play. The pool was wonderful and was the favorite part of the house for my family. The home was very clean and had plenty of room for us. The beach was only a 5 minute drive which was a big plus. Overall, this was a wonderful home and we enjoyed our stay at the pineapple house.

Other than a hiccup on night one after we arrived everything was splendid with the property. The host contacted us and all was well. She made us feel like valued clients.
The house is fantastic with added things for use not in the description. The pool has great chairs and a new large umbrella for use. The back yard is awesome!
Nothing is further than 15 minutes we wanted/needed all week.

The property is amazing! We went for Memorial Day weekend and we had a blast! The house is close to restaurants and Publix 🙏😃. The beach is 15 mins away which perfect! The house has everything you need!

We needed a family vacation, so we drove one hour north to another paradise! This place did not disappoint! The kitchen didn’t lack a thing. It was worth every penny. Owner was very accommodating. This place is close to everything. We would highly recommend this rental.

We really enjoyed this property and highly recommend it. The house was in a safe and convenient location close to restaurants and grocery stores. Our favorite part of the property was the secluded backyard with the large pool and hot tub. We plan to rent the property again in the future.

This is such a great property to start at! The house is very clean, close to all shopping and beaches. It only took 15 minutes to get to all these places from this location. The property itself is beautiful with many amenities. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. The property manager is amazing, she checked in via message x 2 while there to make sure we were comfortable. Definitely look forward to staying again.

This house was perfect for our family of 6 vacation to Florida. Location was excelent, minutes from everything, including many wonderful beaches. But the back yard was one of the highlights for sure. Amazing pool, fire pit and pleanty of room to relax. The entire yard is surrounded by by beautiful tropical landscaping for privacy. Would definitely recommend staying at the Pineapple House

Our family had a great stay at pineapple house. It was the perfect amount of space for our family and a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants and a close drive to many of the things we wanted to do. The pool was perfect and the highlight for our 8 year old. Great time!

The location is ideal. The house had everything you’d need. We went to the beach twice during the week we were there. The garage had beach chairs and inflatable floats. The grandkids (4/3/1) all had a ball. I’d recommend a family stay here for sure. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. We utilized the pool and hot tub a great deal as well.

Fantastic family thanksgiving getaway- thanks to this amazing Vrbo rental. Location of this home was just what we were looking for. Quiet and private neighborhood, but close to the famous siesta key beach (which truly is a show stopper). And as a mother you are at ease knowing you are also near healthcare/hospital/urgent care andddd publix. The cleanliness, well stocked home, and communication with owner was perfect and so much appreciated. Everything is exactly as it is advertised. Pool and jazuzzi was used everyday and a huge hit wjth the teens. The home set up was also ideal for our family. i highly recommend this welcoming “pineapple house”

The house was ten minutes to Siesta Key beach and the villages. Would definitely recommend this house for vacation getaway. The host is great and was available if any issues came up. We came to Sarasota for a national swim meet for adults. My husband and son and I. We could warm up in the wonderful pool and cool down afterwards. Also, the spa was nice for our sore muscles. Plus, we brought our dogs and they too loved the pool and the yard. Exceptional yard like paradise and the beach is 10 minutes away with piney point a lovely place to watch the sunset five minutes away. Tons of eating places and Publix within 5 minutes. The house too was very nice. Great beds and shower and pretty kitchen with all you could want. Fantastic AC too. Plus a cool walkway next to the house to walk your dogs or take a leisurely walk...perfect location. Exceptionally quiet neighborhood!

The house was close to many restaurants and sights. There was a walking trail that was nice to walk into town, however, there were a lot of people and dogs that walked, but it was private with a fenced backyard and trees to cover. Christine was very good at communicating with us at check in. The pool was a nice addition for the kids!!

This property is amazing, so convenient to Siesta Key beach and Lido Beach. Both beaches within a short 13min drive. Very close to all the grocery stores and restaurants. House is super clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. The host is AMAZING! I cant say enough about how amazing Christine was during our stay and if anything needed attention she was so quick to fix. We are already booking again for next year. Beds are comfy and the property is overall one of the best we have stayed at. We love having the pool and the grill at our fingertips. We highly recommend Sharkey night led kayaking and siesta key watersports for parasailing and any other rentals. The airport is also a short 20 min drive. Thanks again Christine for the amazing stay! Clean, airy, modern. Comfortable beds. Tastefully decorated. I personally loved the porcelain tile wood looking floors though out. Perfect for a pool house.
The pool is a great size. Was like bath water in mid-May. We were concerned it might not be warm enough to swim in this time of year- boy, we’re we wrong! We even did a night swim!
Lights around the palms were so frikkin cute.
Little amenities though out; vitamin blender, pool floaties, a cooler for the beach, many tolitries in cabinet (contact lens soliton, sun block, isopropyl alcohol, etc)
Tip for upcoming guests: stop for a bag of ice prior to checking in. No ice maker in freezer or prior guest may have had it off. Very very small thing, and not a complaint- just a heads up for those who go next. :)
Christine was so quick to respond whenever we needed something or had a question. Excellent host.

The backyard is wonderful. The pool was fantastic, not that we really needed it but awesome feature of being able to warm pool a few degrees. Hot tub there for relaxation if getting bored with the pool. Great outdoor furniture for eating and hanging out. Didn't get a chance to use the fire pit but nice option if hanging with friends here! The house has many amenities which was nice when traveling and not needing to bring stuff. Especially for children/baby ie pack n play & bumbo. Also cookware, blender and glass storage for left overs, great feature if planning on staying in! Which we did all week. Loved this house, my kids loved the pool, the lock chain at top of door in the back to the pool area and security alarm when door is open is a fantastic feature for having small children here. The other great feature is the location. Very convenient and close to so many things and love the small bike path that goes next to the house. Small down fall is that they allow dogs here, and not all dog owners are courteous & cleanly.
