This was my absolute best experience with Red Roof Inn. The facilities were very clean and the staff were friendly and proactive to ensure my stay went well.

I understand the property allows pets - but our room smelled badly of pet and I woke up several times in the night sneezing due to allergies (we stay at plenty of properties that allow pets and I’ve never smelled an animal) I also heard what sounded like a paint ball gun (I hope) being fired outside our room several times in the night, which also woke me up.

Facility was clean. Little things where wrong, tv remote didn’t work, toilet seat wouldn’t work.

Friendly staff, good room for the price.

They were clean and had coffee easy to check in and very respectful and polite staff and it was right behind fatkats pizzeria so very convenient

The hotel was a great place to stay. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the close ess off the interstate, and quick access to foods and gas stations. Cable television was a plus. I watched several of my favorite shows.

I travel nationwide. I would NOT STAY HERE again

The beds were very comfortable. The towels had stains on them. The bathroom door had been punched in. There was no ice machine on premise although the room had an ice bucket.

The staff was nice in the office, you had to ask for towels every time and the room was dirty.

Property is dated. Rooms are updated. Staff is friendly and accommodating. To be honest it’s better than I anticipated for the room rate.

The staff was friendly once they got around to helping me. The location seems a little sketchy. Visually, the room was very nicely kept and styled but that the smell of cigarettes was very strong. Thin walls and arguing neighbors made the nights a bit rough. Pillows thin. Shower pressure good. Toilet seat would not stay up. Remote for TV was broken.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a horse show. We will begin with the positives: the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. Some of the issues we had were: no room service for the First two nights (we kept having to go to the front desk to ask for towels), there were some black stains on the sheets and a hole through the bed cover, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke when we walked in but mostly went away after we ran the AC for a bit, and the shower was so worn down that the material at the bottom of the shower was chipping away. Overall, not a bad place to stay in a pinch, but had some disappointing elements.

Was looking for budget friendly and convenient location- which is ideal. This motel is very nicely updated on the inside of the rooms, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I will definitely chose this location when visiting the area in the future. The outside is still a bit run down but that doesn’t bother me a bit. The only nitpicky thing was the towels are 1 wash away from disintegrating, hopefully they will be updated soon as well!

The outside was run down and sketchy looking. The rooms, though, were clean. There is a $50 deposit they require upon check in, which was not clearly stated on Expedia. We were caught off guard by it and had not budgeted for it.

It was fine for the price. The room smelled stale. Someone had punched holes in the bathroom door. And we had to call to get someone in the office so we could check out. We also had no towels which I found out after exiting the shower. That was unfortunate. Other than that, it was fine. The staff was friendly. The area seemed fine. We were there for a few distillery visits and this suited us just fine. Everything we wanted to do was within a 30 minute drive. I would stay there again.

Older motel that has been nicely renovated and updated. Very clean! Parking outside the door was convenient. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was efficient and friendly. Would stay here again!

No clerk when drove up. Required additional security deposit; charge added a processing fee, but I had cash.

My nonsmoking room wreaked of cigarettes covered up by a heavy spray. The barking dog a unit or two down made for an early wake up. The manager called and awakened me around 10:30 last night for purposes of determining if someone was in the room. The bath towels may have been purchased used from a car wash. The mattress did a job on my back - I thought it was a waterbed when I first got in.

Dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, broken window… smelly room. Only thing I liked is the proximity to the horse clinic I was attending.

The rooms smell bad. Two smelled like old smoke, one smelled like cooked fish, the fourth was finally okay. At least the staff let me keep trying rooms. All night long around every 5 minutes there was a pipe flush sound and then a bang. Hard to get to sleep. Bathrooms were new so that was a plus, but lighting around mirror was not bright.

We stayed 3 nights. Great place for the money. From the outside you’ll think it’s a motel but the rooms are nice.

We arrived at this property to find no employee only a friend of the employee. He asked that we wait 15 minutes while the employee was picking up her dog. We noticed a broken window in one of the rooms which appeared to be used for storage. We also noticed many curtains off the rods & some units used as apartments. The employee never came back in 20 minutes. We asked for a refund. The pictures don’t represent what we saw.

Friendly staff. $50 deposit, cash only. Staff had to check my room before giving my cash deposit back to me…weird.

Great place, service , and price

Room was comfortable. Bed was great. No frills motel but acceptable for overnight stay. Bathroom had recently been renovated. Very nice. Room had been updated as well.
