The property is very well maintained and in great condition. Great proximity to the horse park. We had a lot of fun and this house made the trip very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.

This home was perfect for our family to stay at so we could visit our youngest daughter, who attends UK, for the holiday! We also have family who lives in Stamping Ground/Nicholasville and Harrodsburg. Perfect quiet neighborhood. We’ve always stayed in Lexington or Nicholasville over the years, but we loved Georgetown and will be staying in this area again! Highly recommend this home and area!

The house was in great shape. Open and bright floor plan. Huge back yard. JP was very responsive to a basic need we had at check in. We’ve already booked again for our next trip.

We were four adult female family members visiting the area. We loved each having our own room and the living area was spacious. Kitchen was well stocked. Definitely recommend

Great Property!
We were extremely happy with the home. It was beautiful, comfortable and exactly what our family was looking for. The home had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and centrally located to everything. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Event at KHP
A group of us flew in for an event at KHP. This place was minutes from the event center, such a bonus. The house was clean and the owner was very accommodating when our airline itinerary had changed. Close to restaurants and close to some famous barns we toured. Definitely one we will rent again, it was nice to come home each night.

Great vacation
The house worked great for the whole family. Plenty of space for everyone, nice neighborhood; a bit away from Lexington, but very nice. Kitchen is nice and made it easy to make breakfast every morning.
The owner responded very quickly to questions.

Good location for the KY Horse Park
This house is in a pleasant residential area. It is quiet but has easy access to services and the interstate. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds are comfortable. We encountered one problem, and the owners responded promptly and it was soon resolved. I would book again if we are in the area.

Perfect “Home” Base for Wedding
This property was PERFECT “home” base for our micro wedding at Buffalo Trace Distillery. Location allowed for quick travels everywhere we wanted to go via I-75 and I-64. It held 6 adults and 2 teens comfortably. Additionally JP was very understanding when we needed to add a dog at the last minute. House had many of the basic pantry needs, plenty of kitchen stuff, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash and a big backyard. Do not hesitate to rent! Thank you again JP!

House was a perfect fit
We were participating in a horse show at the Horse Park. Location was great. We were back and forth numerous times a day and the quick access to the park gave us much needed time to rest and socialize. We were able to enjoy the down time we had by cooking at home. Plenty of beds and baths to accommodate all of us. Owners have a nice, well kept property. Highly recommend this property.

Very spacious property with a great location close to the Kentucky Horse Park. Very clean. Felt completely comfortable. We had 5 adults and a teen and plenty of room for all of us!

Great place to stay
The house was great, well maintained, clean and comfortable. The owner was great and very responsive. It is in a nice neighborhood and great location. It is only a couple of miles off the interstate. We will defiantly stay here again next time we go to Kentucky.

very well stocked - dishes, spices, basic cleaning items, extra linens, cookware, condiments, coffee and tea, safe neighborhood, spacious, clean, easy to access many locations around Lexington, very nice bedding and linens, easy to control thermostat, great to have so many bathrooms, decorated so nicely - love the fox hunt theme, - this was a lovely VRBO and made a great visit with family and friends

Our Kentucky home away from home
This property was great. Lots of room in a well maintained home. Should note to others considering it that all bedrooms are upstairs. We had my 92yearold father in-law with us so he just slept on the couch rather than risk the stairs. We knew that when renting so we didn’t consider it a negative. A nice quiet place to decompress after wedding festivities.

Great house, neighborhood, location in a historic quaint friendly town! The fully furnished well stocked house was exactly as shown on the website, & owner communication timely & caring for our needs. One bedroom not totally cleaned, but the rest of the house was very clean. Even the lawn was manicured. It was so great, that I’d make an offer to buy the house if I were moving to that area!!
