Rooms were really clean and all located around pools. Water park and other facilities were also clean and maintained to high standards. Endless amount of entertainment for children. Reception staff, particularly Eslam, were really helpful and genuinely wanted to make sure we were always happy!

There were loads of restaurants and the food served on the whole was good, however I would have liked a bit more differentiation between the food served in each restaurant particularly at lunch time.

Loved the amount of things you offer to do , aqua parks , swimming pool , activities and restaurants. Come for more days here if you want to cover everything,we were at the resort for 4 nights and we definitely felt like we needed at least 2 more nights to enjoy this place.

There is really not much to dislike about the resort, only a little more care and insight to improve your experience. The food is average and could be improved someday delicious others average, there could also offer more frequent buses to move around the resort all day ,please add some chairs, lights and charging points near every bed in the room.

Was very bad experiance They over charge me because the payment on arrival. Food wasn't good in the all 6 resturant we visit. The snaks test was vey bad. The resturant wans't clean and smill very bad. Two of the aqua park games in water valley area wasn't working and the electricity cut off 2 times during the day. Try to call the reception more than seven times they don't pick up my call so you have to walk all way to reception to oder room service to my kids but even that was expensive and the test was bad.

We had a great time. The property is extremely clean and the quality of the food is excellent. the staff are very helpful especially Mr. Ahmed Tohhamy at the reception. Thank you!

I thought the place was amazing, I wished to have stayed more, by the time you start familiarizing with the resorts and all the amazing water slides and activities, four days had already passed. We didn't even have time to go to the beach or do any of the other activities offered. Will definitely be coming back. The food was varied and abundant, there were multiple restaurants all across the resorts and excellent service all met by an amazing staff who does not tire to provide help and offer the best service they can. My kids loved both water parks, the Jungle Aqua Park and The Water Valley resort, and this is the thing they don't mention, as long as you are inside one resort you have access to all resorts, and you can walk across all the resorts and enjoy all the facilities and restaurants on offer. Amazing coffee, and great ice cream, pizza and burger for snacks. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Tohami at the front desk for helping us feel comfortable and welcome and helping us make the most out of our stay.
