Connectivity to the shopping mall

The lack of a front desk which essentially means u have to follow the key collection process tightly to be able to ensure a seamless entry between carpark to apartment. That said, more time given between confirmation of room number and key collection mailbox would have improved this greatly except I was there during peak season which made early confirmation of room impossible

Great location - easily accessible via paradigm mall. Sufficient bedrooms and enough space for family members in the residence. Easy communication with staff via WhatsApp (after booking was done) with clear instructions given for check in and check out.

Only one key was given. So if a family member had to return first, will have to come down to fetch the rest later. Same goes for if a family member needed to go out first.

1. Access card to the apartment were given only 1 set. I booked a Three-Room Apartment. There were more than 1 family in the apartment. All of us had to depend on only 1 set of Access card. I had to multiple assist different families up and down the apartment as all doors are secured with the security door system. 2. Most important thing was the WIFI router was not working! We called the management to settle the issue immediately, they promised us to come on the 1st day after we checked in but came on the last day at 2030hrs to assist (3D2N). They knew what was the issue as they even mentioned that the internet fiber was already damaged. When we check-in, the fiber casing has alrd been tempered and in an opened position. I am sure that the Management was aware of this issue before releasing the room to us. But they "acted" blind and proceeded with releasing the room to us. Recovery service was expectedly slow! I had to spend hundreds of RM for using our mobile data. I had to work and attend online meetings during my stay. My parents and the kids, I had to purchase them mobile data. Even the TV couldnt work as it's only possible when the wifi is connected. Our stay at this homestay was dreadful! How can demand a refund to cover the mobile data costing which I have spent???

Luxury beds, location right above mall, customer service was responsive. Would do it all again! Great VALUE for a family to stay together in ONE UNIT.

Breakfast at the mall downstair is good enough for us. Location is very good with many shops and restaurants all under one roof. We love the rock wall and cinema as well. The perfect place for our short holidays.

TV remote was already damaged when I checked in . The staff took 1 day to replace it but the they gave the wrong remote model that doesn’t pair to the TV

Located next to Paradigm Mall. Have lots of Restaurants which halal foods and movies at GSC Paradigm.

After we check-in on Saturday around 5pm, in the group chat created by staff, I make a request for late check-out at 2pm on Monday 22 Jan. The staff reply stating there's late check out charges and to put the said amount in the unit or in mailbox. I acknowledge and agree to it. On Sunday 21 Jan, the same staff send in message and state that the check out time is at 11am and cannot extend till 2pm. Reason being that she had accepted another booking for that day. We are a bit upset with the way she handle this.

Value for money, ample space in the apartment for our families Residence is close to a big mall.

The correct Carpark exit was difficult to locate. We took a wrong turn and ended up on the expressway instead of going to drop off the Card key at Paradigm Residences mailbox.

Too little pillow, 3rd room blanket too thin. Television channels were not entertaining nothing to watch.Stated that can be allowed check out delay with extra payment but we’re not able to , no luggage place so hv to lug along for the next 3 hrs b4 transport.

the house was decent even though we are a lil bit disappointed as it was not as what have been advertised. the tv remote missing an OK button make it hard to use it. maybe they can prepare at least drinking water in the apartment.

Spacious and well located on top of paradigm mall. Perfect for families who do not drive as paradigm mall has everything.

Not cleaned well. When we arrived, the kitchen stove has oil and food stain. Utensils and plates also not cleaned properly and we had to clean it ourselves. Staff only apologise but didn’t offer any solution. Wifi is not usable. Even after log in, the speed is so slow that websites cannot load.

location is good to shop at paradigm mall, distance to JB CIQ is about 20-30min

Instead of indicate free toilette, should indicate clearly tooth brush and tooth paste are not included. 2. blanket is too thin, pillow is too low and soft! 3. toilet bowl was dirty with stain when checked in, informed customer service immediately with photo provided. Shocked with their response that the stain is not able to remove ! but in fact able to remove and we did it our own! 4. no hand soup provided in the kitchen ! 5. Water pressure at shower is low! 6. dirt and dust can seen on the wall deco, wall photo stand 7. the floor mat was wet when checked in

Nice rooms and great view. Clean accomodation.

Insufficient toilet rolls provided. TV remote controller is faulty and not responsive. Facilities are not well maintained at level 7. Check in late due to lag response of staff. No means to deposit luggage if arrived earlier than check in time. Hard to access other restaurants outside of paradiagm mall nearby by walking due to lack of pedestrian access. Only 1 card key makes it inconvenient when sharing apartment among family.

I didn't receive any wats app before 5pm a day before check in. Prior to that, emailed about bank transfer of deposit as its puzzling to me why I need to make bank transfer despite being fully charged for the property already. Wanted to get clearer instructions to avoid scam but no clear reply from the property. Waited till 8pm++ ,night before check in before I finally get replies from JB City home. Caused a bit of anxiety and especially required us to have a malaysia bank account for transfer of deposit which I don't have. Luckily a friend helped last minute. Wish all.these should be clearer and warn customers not to book if we do not have Malaysia bank account or touch and go e wallet.

Spacious with kitchen and washing washing machine. Comfortable and clean beds. Value for money especially travelling in big group.

No hooks to hang towels and clean clothes in the bathroom. Might be good to have a door for the shower area so that the floor would be dry at the toilet area. Only 1 access card and 1 key issued so may be inconvenient if not everybody goes out and come back together.

Location. In the shopping mall itself. Room was clean and comfortable.

The WiFi in the serviced apartments is really slow and lagging. We had 6 of us, only 1 access card.
