Place was spotless. Host was very helpful. It was close to NEC (about 20 mins) and very close to Coventry. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. We were only there for one night but it would be perfect for a longer stay too. There was well equipped kitchen area with large living room/dining area The host obviously has a good eye for decor and making good use of space so it looks good and feels open and light.

The sofa was not particularly comfortable but there were cushions on it and sitting on these made it ok. I think it would be quite tight for six people (I was with my husband and adult son) but it was a lovely little find and we will be back.

front gate was a bit hard to open but other than that perfect

Good value, Great location, clean, comfortable

Sofa is rather uncomfortable, would be great if the bedrooms were split into 4 Seperate rooms, bathroom gets a little cold even when the heating is on.

Lovely place, very clean and tidy. A well kitted out kitchen and bathroom. Nice decor, beds are beautifully colour coordinated, as are all the accessories in the living space. There's a decent TV and wi-fi.

The sofa, which also becomes a bed, was not comfortable to sit on.
