We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was small, but exactly what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

I traveled with my wife and two daughters and stayed for 3 nights. Upon arrival to the neighborhood I was a bit scared about how the property would look due to the neighborhood being a bit rundown. However, my perspective changed once I saw the property. The owners built a small home behind their original home and it was well maintained and well decorated from the outside. Eventually I put my code in, went in and saw that the place was in pristine condition. It was extra clean, just the right size and had everything we needed. We felt safe and we couldn’t hear anything from the outside due to it getting made from brick. The property itself was 15 minutes from the city and other main attractions. We did almost everything San Antonio had to offer and came back to a great spot. In all honesty, If you can get over how the neighborhood looks, you’ll have a great time. 5 out 5 stay. Thank you for having us.

This cottage was clean and very welcoming. Every necessity you could need was provided. Air conditioning worked great. Would recommend for a party of 3 or less. Perfect location to get to and from the base.

We arrived after midnight in a strange town, but we followed the owners directions and we knew we were home when we pulled into the well lit, colorfully decorated entrance. The house met all our needs for a place to sleep while we visited our son and grandkids who live at Lackland. A short, safe drive. The bed was comfy and the coffee maker and wifi worked great! The small space was efficient and beautifully decorated. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well equipped. Thanks for letting us stay at your place. It was perfect for us.

This was our first time booking a VRBO property and we didn’t know what to expect. Upon arrival 10PM the entrance was well lit and decorated with a St. Patrick’s day theme. The key pad to enter was simple to use and once inside we were welcomed with a perfectly clean home and more St. Patrick’s Day decor. I would definitely recommend this property. Thanks again guys!

My partner and I were extremely pleased with our stay in San Antonio, in large part due to this comfy little gem.
When we arrived, we felt well-accommodated. I knew if i needed anything, I could reach out, and the owners would answer promptly. The location was a small drive to the riverwalk, but when we actually got on the highway, it was literally almost two exits and we were there.
The location is quaint, cozy, and just perfect for two people. I’m so glad that we got to enjoy San Antonio without the stress of trying to find the perfect place. With this listing, it was booked, and everything else was taken care of. That made it much easier to relax.

The house was perfect for what we needed. The hosts were very accommodating and caring, the even brought an extra space heater when there was a surprise cold front. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed.

We stayed here when our son graduated from Air Force BMT. Our hosts were helpful and accommodating and the property was perfect for the two of us. San Antonio Riverwalk was a really nice area to visit. We enjoyed our stay!

This is definitely a beautiful rustic “hideout”. This was so cozy with beautiful decor throughout. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to freeways and the places we wanted to see. Mike and Raquel were so nice with recommending places to go and addressed any questions we had. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!!

Had an amazing stay in this casitia while in town for a month. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating to my stay. The casitia was well thought out and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here if you are in San Antonio!

This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway or a long-term rental. We were here for two nights and had two adults.
The hosts were very responsive even when we booked the night before the start of our trip.
They have little directions cards around the house that helped us understand how everything worked easily.
Though it may be small in square footage, I never felt like I was in a small house due to the really pretty and strategically placed decor and setup of the space.
They made sure with one bathroom to have a separate makeup mirror that was fully lit that you could sit down.
This is located in the southwest of San Antonio and was close to everything we tried to go to. It may look far from downtown on the map, but it's really only a ten-minute drive.
This place exceeded my expectations in all areas. I know we will be staying here again. :-)

The hosts were exceptional and checked on us during our stay. The cottage feel and the way it was decorated just thrilled me!! It was so clean and beautiful. They had thought of everything we needed and was easy to work everything. They had notes throughout the cottage and made it amazing!! Had a little porch we could relax on and grills worked great. So close to everything you want to see in San Antonio as well. Thank you Mike and Raquel for all your thoughtfulness you put in this place. We will definitely be back!

This little house is hid off in the perfect place with privacy. They have it decorated beautifully inside and it is very comfortable. They also had every amenity we could ever as for and even more. There are easy to read directions placed in locations so you really never have in questions on how to work anything. I would highly recommend this place. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to being back! Thank you very much for your hospitality and providing us the experience you did. Also, communication with you was a pleasure and I very much enjoyed how you made sure and checked in from time to time to make sure we were comfortable!
