I did not get to stay here after i had booked it. The host would not let us stay because I have a medical service dog. After a bref conversation about my service dog I was told to go stay somewhere else. I was only refunded part of my money. I am still owed almost one hundred dollars and i have a feeling I will not see it. I will never try to stay hefe again and I will never recommend someone to stay here. Of you have a service animal make sure to stay somewhere else.

Stay was amazing and just like the pictures, only small issues was it didn’t get as cold as we liked it, but personal problem! Great stay

Close to downtown, very nice location. Clean place with exercise room and sauna.

Overall apartment was clean but the smell of smoke on the blankets and towels were bad. Outside the apartment hallway had an extreme smell of weed and cigarettes. Would not stay there again due to that strong smell. Anyone that hates the smell of smoke should look elsewhere. Overall host was quick to respond with any questions I might had. View from the apartment was the road.

Very nice roomy apartment. A good size for parents and 2 kids. Clean with a nice kitchen. But I found the title description misleading. The apartment windows faced the freeway. No hint of the lake, no idea you were even in Cleveland. Also, walls are paper thin. We heard the neighbors way into the morning. It was a good launch site for travels around Cleveland, if you have a car.

Nice location. Supper clean unit. Everything we needed for a short stay in Cleveland. Only negative is it had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke

Pro, very cute place. Nice location. Close to downtown. Con, very cold, Thermostat was confusing. Code would not let us in. Tried to contact host could not, a site problem? A person exiting let us in, after that we did not have any problems.

This property is on a highest standard of cleanliness. The roost is the way to go here.

We had a great stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We loved the amenities of the building including the workout facilities, pool, and fire pit. Spectacular views of the water from the outside common areas. We would definitely stay here again. Very easy access to downtown, which is a definite plus.

Great spot on the water close to downtown area. We had looked forward to using the pool and outside fire pit, but a storm came through and took out the power. We were in town visiting for a baseball game. This location was convenient to exploring the surrounded area. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment in Cleveland clpse to downtown and on the lake. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and modern. It does not have lake views but the easily accesible terrace has pretty amazing views. Not much to do from a walking distance standpoint but downtown and everything it offers is just a quick Uber away. Would recommend staying here guven the very reasonable price.

Host was quick to respond to all my questions, but we didn’t receive any checkout instructions. Perfect location for the air show! There’s a nice grass area right on the lake, with a fantastic view, & it wasn’t too crowded as it’s only accessible to residents (and their guests). If you’re planning on renting this during Labor Day weekend, be advised that you cannot get to the property from 3:00pm- 5:30pm on Saturday, Sunday, & Monday (both lanes of N. Marginal Rd are outbound only from the airport/air show). Noise from the highway (drag racing/motorcycles), pipes/toilets flushing, and the neighbors in the adjacent apartment partying until 2:30am (despite 10pm-8am quiet hours) would make sleeping on the couch impossible unless you have ear plugs. There is no sound proofing! It was much better in the bedroom, but we had the AC/furnace fan running as well as a white noise app. It got hot in the bedroom at night with the door shut, but we weren’t about to turn on the dusty ceiling fan. Actually a lot of the apartment had not been dusted in a while (lower shelf of tables, decorations in the bathroom, dishes/place settings, etc.). There were also crumbs under the couch & a random pair of socks behind a nightstand. (The cleaner just needs to do a more thorough job.) I would recommend moving the rugs so the corners are under furniture to not lift/be tripped on. A trash can in the bedroom would be helpful too. Overall we enjoyed our stay & would visit here again. Thx!

Overall I loved the cleanliness of the unit, the decor, bed linens and bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that the building (not the unit) smells of pot and bad odor constantly as soon as you walk into the building. Location has great views of the lake. Check in was easy.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the fact that basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dish soap etc were provided so that we did not need to unpack all of our bags for such a short stay! The apartment was bigger than we anticipated, very clean and decorated nicely! We really liked walking around to the other side of the complex to enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Erie! 15 minutes from Cleveland Clinic and a short drive to shopping and restaurants! Check in directions we’re exactly as instructed and host was easy to communicate with!

Very nice place to stay.it was close to the major roadways which made it easy to get around. Barbara was very responsive when we needed to contact her. The weather was not cooperative, so we didn't get to enjoy the lake front. My only complaints are there was no closet to hang our clothes and the bedroom was a tight space. I would recommend this place.

Property was clean and easy to get to all activities downtown. Barbara is always very courteous and responsive to any of our questions we may have. Will stay again when in Cleveland.

We were visiting the Cleveland Clinic and needed a comfortable "home away from home" close to the Clinic. This apartment was perfect for us and we will hope to rent it again if we have to return. And if we return, I hope it's in the summer as the location along Lake Erie is beautiful and we'll enjoy the pool and the promenade along the lake. The apartment has lovely furnishings and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we needed. As older folks, we also appreciated a well heated and cozy environment with TVs we could actually operate. Convenient parking in a secure lot was also a plus. Five stars in every way.

We love the property it is a great location for us when come to visit Cleveland. The beds were comfortable, it had all the amenities we needed. We are a family of four. Even though it was a small apartment, it fit our needs, very cozy and clean. Barbara was a great host, it was our first time Vrbo and staying in a high rise was a bit confusing with all the codes but she was prompt in answering all of my questions within minutes. Definitely will stay there again when we come to town to visit.

When making the decision to stay at this property, I was very impressed with the pictures pertaining to the property. Never in a million years did I expect our view would be of Route 90. I was excited to be able to look out our window to see the Lake. That never happened except with the breakfast we cooked in the family lounge on the first floor. The apartment was considerably barren as it pertained to necessities. No salt, no sugar, no corkscrew, very few glasses and coffee mugs. The WiFi password listed on the wall was in all capital letters, only to find out that the entire password was to be typed completely in lower case letters. Our host was outstanding in responding to questions or texts! The sadness for us was these little things really detracted from what could have been so much better. The fact that the apartment wasn't lake view was the biggest disappointment by far. People should know this beforehand. So, this could have been oh so much more.

Pros: This apartment was absolutely spotless! So clean and nicely decorated! The kitchen had just about everything you could need, the tvs were nice and the bed in the bedroom was comfortable! Even the bed In the pull out couch wasn’t too bad for a pull out! Barbara was so kind and was quick to answer questions. Communication was great:) getting in to the apartment was very easy once we figured it out. The location is perfect! We were only 5 mins from first energy! It has a nice area to view the lake too:) I never saw the Adirondack chairs and fire pit as was shown in the photo but we didn’t go looking around. It was probably in an area we didn’t explore. Cons: for an overnight, we did run out of toilet paper pretty quickly. And we weren’t sure what to do with the trash but ended up finding a trash shoot that was overflowing and trash everywhere. Overall a very pleasant experience! Would definitely come back!
