Incredible experience from cradle to grave

Great space for a getaway with my husband. We walked to Broadway daily since it was just a few blocks away. Check in was easy, parking was $30 extra but right across the street. Very responsive to questions.

The location was great - walking a few blocks to Broadway, and locations where my meetings were held. The common areas are nicely furnished with tasteful furniture.
My room was clean and comfortable, and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved the space! The bed was so comfortable and the place was clean! I loved having a mini kitchen so we could enjoy a home cooked meal instead of eating out. We have dietary restrictions and the kitchen factor was a plus! It only needed a bigger pot and pot holders. We will definitely rent again. The only downside was the cost of parking because this location did not have parking. It would be nice to be able to purchase some type of discounted pass for the parking lot or parking garage nearby. Even a temp code to get better pricing would be nice.

This property is very convenient for Broadway attractions. I wish there were better, cheaper parking options because there is no "street parking." You need to factor in $30 a day for the parking pass for the hotel lot across the street.

Loved the place. We did have 2 sinks and a shower drain that would not drain. The problem took a few visits from maintaining but was resolved in a timely manner.

Parking is a challenge in this location, room is clean and well stacked. Towels were not enough for 4 ppl and also there were only 3 chairs at dining area. Overall , very good comfortable beds, clean, has washer and dryer and overall a pleasant stay

Sondor cancelled our original apartment. They then cancelled the replacement apartment with 4 days notice. They then cancelled that apartment with 4 hours notice

Customer Support was non-existent. It took us 1 1/2 hours to access the building and unit. They sent us the wrong code. We were late for a concert and it impacted the rest of the night.

Overall it was a nice property. Room were nice size and clean. Plenty of bath towels, but more handtowels and wash coths would have been nice. Some updating would be useful particularly regarding technology. There was no convenient place to recharge devices especially in bedrooms - an outlet and USB port would have been nice. The keypad to
gain entrance to the apartment was not easy to use in that it took quite a while for the numbers to show up and no way to know how to activate the keypad. I was able to easily access the tv screen cast as I knew that would be required. It was not walkable to Broadway but shared rides were easy to access.

I booked the downtown Sonder and you pushed me to the Germantown location. I had to pay for Uber/Lyft rides multiple times a day because of the change. I would like a refund of the cost of my stay.

The apartment was clean and very safe. The pullout sofa bed was broken which was unfortunate because we had 3 people and were relying on it. Overall, good stay and will consider staying with Sonder again, despite the sofa bed

The place was nice and easy to get to. It was within walking distance to many places to eat and coffee and the convention center. The only downside was the construction happening at the property next door-it was loud and the noise was heard all day long until the evening time.

These apartments are in a great location for broadway, very walkable and clean area. The apartment itself was in need of some maintenance (flooring was warped, some pretty large marks on walls from careless previous guests, washer seal needs cleaning, water damage to a baseboard in bathroom, security latch not secure to frame). That said, the rest of the apartment was awesome, great kitchen, great shower and water pressure, comfy bed and plenty of pillows! Communal areas were very clean and quiet.
Sonder give directions to some very overpriced parking, that is also further from the apartments. We found cheaper and closer by parking in the library parkade. $20 a day.

Fantastic is what I’d describe. It was exactly what we were looking for and wanted. Fully stocked kitchen separate sleeping area etc
Walkable to Broadway and a bit longer walk to the Gulch neighborhood.
We loved it. Will definitely comeback and recommend to friends.
Ps parking is not included but we parked at the pay by phone garage right next door and our truck was very secure we felt

The only problem was that I did not receive check in instructions prior to stay. The employee who helped me through the process while we were in Nashville was wonderful. The accomodations were clean, comfortable and quiet. We will definitely stay again while in Nashville. We walked everywhere.

The property was clean and the area tidy. I had several difficulties confirming my reservation and did not receive responses from my emails. Luckily when we got there we found a staff member who could help. But with no lobby or concierge certain things were difficult.

I arrived at the hotel thursday, unmanned reception, and they had over booked and I was nearly stranded , took me 3 hours with hotels.com to get me another room, in the process I missed my school reunion meal which was the whole point of going to nashville.
