River View was the worst Place we ever stayed! Low Budget is alright, but here the rooms are Dirty and filfthy. Everywhere are dead and living animals. Moult in the bathroom. No warm water, sometimes No electricity. The bed is hard like a Stone. I woke up several times in the Night because of my back pain from the bed. For breakfast you wait 40 to 60 Minutes. I wished we wouldnt had to stay here.

Wonderful view over the river. We stayed in de front- house but also the rooms in the building had a beautiful view. Location is quiet and a little bit outside but you can walk easily to the village and there is a small restaurant very nearby.

Don't expect too much, it is simple but sufficient.

Breakfast was served on the deck which was really nice. You’re able to walk down to the river and swim with the locals.

The location isn’t central (we should’ve researched more). It’s about a 15 minute walk to the centre over the other side of the bridge. The power went out every couple of hours throughout the day and night so the air conditioning turned off every time unless you manually turned it back on.

Pretty nice place to stay. little outside. But breakfast was nice and the rooms very clean and nice. THe Balcony was perfect for watching sunsets and to work from.

Other people staying we’re paying completely different prices for the same quality room. Shower would either be crazy hot or cold - no inbetweener

Morning view from the window was the best. This guesthouse is quite far from bridge, where all the cafes/bars are located, thus the place is peaceful and quiet

Helpful staff, clean room and good breakfast.

Location was a bit out of the way, but not too far.

I cannot judge the quality of the guesthouse itself. We had a reservation, but it got lost by the guesthouse. When we arrived, it was fully booked and we had to look for an alternative ourselves. Very unpleasant experience, because most of other guesthouses very full as well.

no one spoke English so made it a little difficult to organise bus tickets

Nice rooms with a river view. Nong Khiaw is fairly small so everything is on walking distance. The breakfast was good
