Rooms were lovely and clean

Immaculately clean, lovely host, bed really comfortable and lovely little touch’s like water in room, shower gel and cotton wool and ear buds as well as a stick of rock each all really thoughtful gestures. The food was also amazing.

There was nothing we didn’t like at all. Perhaps breakfast time could run a tiny bit later say 8.30-10am x

Can’t say there was to be honest

All round excellent in every way from the rooms to breakfast couldnt find any fault with anything. Clean comfortable and welcoming.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. We were met by the owner who was welcoming and showed us to room 6. The room was spacious with a king size bed, sofa & a large walk in storage area with dressing room, hairdryer & ironing board. Small touches like bottled water, 2 sticks of rock and toiletries were included. Breakfast was 10/10, both owners were so friendly & kind and nothing was too much bother. The location was perfect for us as we didn’t want bothered by party goers in the middle of Blackpool, easy access for trams and free on street parking directly outside.

The only marginal thing we could possibly think of was the metal frame for the bed was a bit noisy, easily fixed by tightening with an allan key, this did not affect us at all though out our stay.

The rooms are spacious with lovely furniture beautifully presented. Very comfortable lovely friendly hosts .Will definitely book again .

We stayed in room 6 at the top of the house which was a gorgeous room with a large walk in shower and a separate dressing room. The room had everything we needed and more. Had a great night's sleep in a large comfy bed with crisp white bedding. Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was cooked to order well organised and plenty of choice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a great stay.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable

Noisy neighbours upstairs walking around and creaky floor until early hours.

The whole stay a Edenfield Number 42 was fantastic experience from the moment we arrived until we departed. The room was immaculate and the bed was totally comfortable, lovely decorated as well as a luxurious bathroom. Both myself and my wonderful partner will definitely be booking again soon enough.

Absolutely nothing, the place was wonderful

Really lovely stay. The hosts were very warm and welcoming, the room was immaculate, nicely decorated with a beach theme, modern and so comfortable. The bed was lovely to sleep in and the bedding was great quality (I wanted to take the whole bed home lol!). The bathroom was great, very big shower and again was immaculate. Lots of towels and nicities like shower cap and vegetarian soap. The room was much bigger than expected with a nice couch in there too so it was good to just chill in. Everything we used work and all this for a great price too. This is perfect if you want a cosy stay in Blackpool for a really low price.

Parking was a bit tricky but managed to find a spot not far at all.

Stayed I the deluxe double for 1 night, was very clean, spacious, comfortable and modern looking. Asked for special requirements for our anniversary which where already set up in the room upon our arrival. Can't rate the breakfast as we didn't have any. Mattress was very comfortable and the bed quite big, had a very good night's sleep.

Not really any parking in the location so just have to drive around a bit to find a spot (no big deal) The water pressure in the shower could have been better also took a while to warm up and didn't seem to get past warm.

It was far enough from the nightlife but close enough for the tram. The owners were lovely, the room was exactly what we needed. Would definitely return and recommend. Only regret is we missed breakfast.

Nothing to complain about as long as your aware that your booking accommodation at the north end of Blackpool
