They didn't give us room. We have been kicked out of the property saying rooms are sold out We are yet to get refund too.

The atmosphere in the hotel was welcoming and friendly.

The hotel had a well-equipped fitness center with modern equipment.

The hotel's meeting rooms were spacious and well-lit.

I had the worst experience at this hotel and cannot recommend it to anyone. First of all, I made a reservation on their website and received a confirmation email. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they denied my reservation and told me they did not have any rooms available for the rate I bought it for because it's a weekend. They asked me to pay an additional amount since the price on their website was not updated. This was incredibly frustrating and confusing, as I had provided them my contact as well as email and this reservation was done well in advance but still they didn't consider to call or email me about the fare changes. To make matters worse, the hotel owner Mr. Ganesh was on call didn't even offer me to see the room but was only concerned about the money as if it was my fault to choose their hotel for booking. Making inappropriate remarks he was trying to be depicting as he is doing me a favour by giving me a discounted rate which was anyways higher than what I was quoted when I was booking. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, and couldn't believe that this was happening to me. This was a complete rip-off and highly unprofessional. Overall, my experience at this hotel was awful and I would caution anyone against staying here. The staff's behavior was completely unacceptable and I felt violated and unsafe during my brief time there. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different hotel for your stay.
