Breakfast was simple but tasty and they are flexible when I requested early. Staff is amazing and hospitable trust worthy. The only issue is the people outside the hotel.
Just a tip do not be entertained on some online promotions if you are seeking for pleasure around the area most of them are scam.

The location, very central.
No window in the room, bed sheets were yellow, definitely not clean. And no way to pay with credit card, only cash accepted. Very not convenient.

The simple aloo paratha breakfast, delivered to your room. It was lovely. The 20% discount in the bar/restaurant downstairs.
The entrance to the hotel is a dark and dinghy doorway, and it doesn't get any better when you get inside. Gloomy is the appropriate word to describe the hotel.

it was so direty and broken and smally. the worst experianse ever.
breakfast was served in the room with dirty table and chiers.
the breafast was availble only from 8:30AM

Great location, Metro is walking distance. center of city.
Staff is very hospitable and supportive
Breakfast timings are 0830 hrs to 1000 hrs and is brought frok outside. I couldn't have it as i had to leave at 0800 hrs

Staff was willing to help when I asked for assistance. It was a walking distance from the test center I was using.
The hot water in my room did not flow the second day but I was leaving so I informed them. I'm sure it would be fixed for the next guest.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff are very helpful and welcoming and not pushy. The room was clean and breakfast is served in your room which is a real treat.
No one's fault but there is loud music close by which is not a huge problem (Earplugs work well) and it does not go on late.

Breakfast pancakes a bit flat. Coffee not so good. otherwise excellent breakfast..Beautifully presented . Staff excellent.
Entrance a bit messy particularly on 1st floor level just prior to entering hotel foyer.
