This place was in a beautiful neighborhood and perfect location. It accommodated our whole group well and we loved having a private pool. There were just a couple of things that we did notice..the cleanliness could use some improvement throughout the house such as the bathrooms and kitchen, and the app for the pool was quite tedious, as well as some of the games needing to be replaced as wear and tear has happened over time. Overall it was a good place and accommodated us well!

The home was beautiful and clean on the inside. There was more than enough space for seven of us. The TV’s and speakers were awesome. So was the gaming area and pool table. Plenty to do for everyone. The pool was very nice and great for kids.
The exterior yard of the home could use some work. The front and backyard wasn’t very clean and the dead trees in the back could use removal. The pool was great, but the surrounding furniture needed cleaning.

Unfortunately, our stay was heavily influenced by the state of this property, in order to stay safe. There are numerous issues which were raised through the VRBO chat process where the owner/operator/maintenance provider should have been clearly aware that the conditions of the property were unacceptable. I am grateful to the management/maintenance company that they sent a representative to the property as we were in the process of cleaning to check out, so that we could show him on video the conditions that we had to deal with while on site, majority of which are long-term damage/failure to maintain/repair issues. Our before and after photos help to define this, but the amount of time that went in to cleaning the property in order to be able to use it took no less than 6 hours. An additional 5 hours went in to cleaning the property upon our check out to ensure that there would be no additional false accusations. Requesting separate funds to accounts outside of VRBO, failing to acknowledge the state of the property having broken fixtures, sports gear, inoperable pool/spa controls, stained/soiled/worn carpets, pool table, furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, dust and particulate at ceilings along HVAC vents, on all edges and trim pieces, filthy dishwasher filter and all dishes contaminated, had to clean the dishwasher filter/sump, all toilets were improperly cleaned, one smelled like raw sewage, I expect a partial refund for cleaning time and out of standard care. Thank you.

The house fit our needs with the size and bedroom/baths available.
My daughter with 2 young children was concerned with the cameras that are around the house (and the head moving owl creeped everyone out- was that a camera as well?) We can understand about the outside cameras but were surprised to find some inside either cameras or motion detectors - not sure which and no explanation or notice of those were given.
Did not like that there were no dressers or chairs in the bedrooms and the shelves were either too high or not adequate for our 1 week stay - personally I don't care to keep suitcases on the floor. Also there was not enough seating for our group - no dining room table to speak of only a high top with 6 or 8 chairs (can't remember as they were very uncomfortable for a shorter person) and only 2 counter stools. With a group our size we went through a lot of trash and the cans that were placed outside were never picked up as scheduled (only the recycling) We pulled the trash back into the container area - hopefully they will get picked up soon. The house on the whole was great size and location for our family. We all had a really good time with the area activities. And the pool and sauna were great as well!

This is the third time we stayed at this property, and each time gets better and better. There’s always more activities available on the property and is very close to attractions and for family visits, outstanding time, highly recommend.

This was an amazing home to stay in for a family vacation. The home was perfect for both adults and children and the property was so spacious. The “game” theme kept everyone entertained and allowed for so many fun memories to be made. The pool and hot tub were also a big hit, especially given the very hot weather. We plan to visit again and rent the same home! The property managers were extremely accommodating and great communicators. Awesome family vacation!!!

Lovely home that is spacious inside and out, had comfortable and clean furniture and beds, and a convenient location in Phoenix. Mostly stocked with everything you need, and extras left by renters. The selling point in our case was the advertised heated pool. The spa and pool had the capacity to be heated, but both were 55 degrees when we moved in (it was cold outside so no help there). Good instructions allowed us to heat the spa within a couple of hours so we used that the first evening and every evening after! But, for future renters, the pool and spa are not "jump in" ready and pool takes quite a few hours to heat.

We had the best time at this property. We had four adults and four kids in our group. There was plenty of space for everyone. We especially loved being outside. I recommend paying to heat the pool during the cooler months. Our grandkids swam every day and kept telling me how much they love it. The indoor activities like the Xbox, air hockey, and pool table filled in our remaining time.
The owners were easy to work with. They were responsive and accommodating which made our stay that much better. We would stay here again!

This is a great property! We had 5 adults and 5 kids 5-12 years old and this house had it all! The pool and hot tub were great as were the outdoor games and indoor air hockey, pool table and video games. Not once did I hear "mom, I'm bored" Total win! Property manager was very responsive and helpful. This is a great property!

Myself and a group of 8 friends travelled down from Alberta, Canada in the dead of summer (40 C & blazing sun every day!) to see Motley Crue and stayed at this AMAZING house for 4 nights. The pool area was perfect, the house was clean and tidy, the hosts were great with communication. We had all the amenities we needed, the house was stocked with anything you might need (besides your own food / beverages). There's a Fry's store just down the road for all your needs too! I requested a surprise "Iced" challenge for the group and they went WAY above and beyond complete with rules, funny notes for each one hidden in a unique & hilarious spot.. we were still finding them on the last night LOL we LOVED it! The only bad thing I can honestly say is that our stay wasn't long enough. 15/10 would stay here again! Thank you for the amazing stay!

Everyone loved the house. We had three families. Plenty of things to do for everyone, swimming, outdoor games, grilling, indoors, you have the pool table, and air hockey. My only suggestion is... usb ports!

Three siblings with our families traveling to visit our parents in Phoenix. JoJo was very attentive and responsive. Kitchen was full of all utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware as well as spices and there were leftover ziploc bags in the pantry. The only suggestion would be plastic cups for outside by the pool. Beds were comfortable and pool towels were provided. Great backyard with a BBQ and cornhole on one side and a lovely pool on the other. We would definitely stay here again

There were pool toys and entertainment available that we didn't expect. The communication was wonderful and always got back to us quickly. We are definitely thinking of staying with them again if we end up in the area again.

This is the best set up place we’ve stayed at, everything was there and ready for us! The hockey table was a hit with the kiddos, there’s hiking trails nearby, we enjoyed chilling in the pool each day after our adventures each day. The wildlife zoo is spectacular! We will definitely stay here again we all enjoyed it and made lots of memories with the kids, and grandkids.

This property was phenomenal for us. We had a group gathering to play some golf and sit around the pool. Owners were easy to work with and the property had everything you could ask for and then some!

Had the whole family come to celebrate our daughters graduation and this house made our trip!!! The home had so much room to move around and lots of fun stuff to do. Super clean! We loved the stocked kitchen and beautiful backyard with all the pool toys. We would definitely suggest staying here for a good time!

Excellent location with everything you need for a weekend of activities. The property is located in a safe new area of Glendale with restaurants and shopping close by the house. Plenty of room for all eight people.

Experience was excellent. Lot's of nice amenities,. Wish we could have spent more time there. We were in and out a lot with wedding activities. Highly recommend if you have a large group and just want some time together..

This is probably the most spacious and fun rental I have every stayed in! There is a TON of sleeping space, fun activities for kids and adults alike, and a fantastic kitchen. This has a great semi-private yard that also features activities, plenty of space to lounge, and a huge gas grill and fire place. The pool/hot tub are nice, but we did not choose to heat it so it was too cold to be comfortable in. I regret not choosing that option.
The house is located in a gated community for extra piece of mind, and it is near plenty of shops and restaurants. It is just north of The 101 for easy access to other parts of the area. Do not hesitate to book your stay here!

This property had everything that we were looking and then some. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood that is close to many activities, restaurants, and stores. We spent most of our time in the backyard in the amazing heated pool and playing all the activities provided. The home is spacious and had many needed supplies stocked already. I would definitely stay here again if we would ever return to the area.

Very nice and relaxing stay. Everything needed to keep three generations including 4 toddlers happy, entertained, and content. Lots of space indoor and out. Home was well kept and equipped. Host was attentive and all was as advertised. Hope to return.

The place has things to do for all ages. Nice to have a lock pool so we can let the littles play outside with out having to keep telling them to stay away. Video games for the bigger kiddos. Lots of outdoor and indoor games to play. Very happy with your stay.

My husband, children and grand children spent the week in this beautiful home. It is just as the pictures! There were a few minor fix it issues but Jojo sent us his maintenance man Joe who was a God send! We were In Need of a step ladder when we left to load the top of our SUV and Joe made sure to bring us one just in time. It was most helpful! Thanks to Jojo and especially Joe!
