Comfortable, clean, good breakfast, and exceptional service. Lin-San was extremely attentive, and I will definitely be staying here again.

The location is not near the ski resorts, so you will need a car. Lin-San also offers free shuttle services day and night to make up for that.

Excellent option to visit Hakuba area since it's well located and it offers a good accommodation at a reasonable price. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times and the room included a reasonable breakfast and a very fair price. Definitely I'll look forward to book again if I visit Hakuba another time

Awesome location and accommodating staff. There’s free laundry (washer) and using the dryer is about 100 Yen per cycle-really you don’t need it though because they have a dry room where all of your gear gets nice and toasty.

Rooms and facilities are sparse, but fine. Ideal for a no frills place!

The staff was very nice and the accommodation was great. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Good location. Clean and comfortable.

Service is top notch. The manager - Lin-san kindly drove back and forth to help me go where I wanted.

There were children running back amd forth the hall even at midnight.

The bed was super comfortable, the pillows and blankets were nice as well, I slept like a rock everynight, the onsen and carb loaded meals helped too but the bed was great. The heaters in the room work really well, so much so that you don't need to run them all night. Lincoln shuttled me to the ski resort, train station, bus stop, and the onsen. I was there by myself for the first 4 days so it was very easy, people start gathering more you will just have to be a tad bit more flexible, by no means was it unreasonable. From Hakuba47 its about a ten minute drive, super easy. I was at Mimizuku onsen everynight, amazing place, there are actually a lot of good restaurants and pubs and noodle spots right around it. Very worth checking it out.

The location (easy to go everywhere), convenient to access Hakuba47 and the manager can drive you everywhere. I did not expect such service, he was extremely friendly and flexible. The room was warm, clean and quite spacious.

The room ambiance can be improved by adding encens or decorations. The breakfast can be improved as well (add a small buffet corner with bread, pastries, fruits for example) and put in place an egg service menu.

Great two night stay in a family room with my two boys. The owner gave great advice on which resorts to visit, breakfast was tasty and filling, and the massage chair was excellent in the late afternoon.

Slightly outside Echoland but the hotel offers a morning and evening shuttle service.

Everything. As always, Seventh Heaven Hakuba is perfect. Food, location, staff, amenities, everything is perfect.

I dont like that I can't live here permanently.

This was my second time staying at 7th Heaven Hakuba, and it was just as awesome as the first. I will repeatedly go here just because everything from the food they provide to the comfy lodgings was perfect for me.
