Upon arrival the tv didn’t work, bathroom smelled like old urine and the shower had pink mold on the walls. Decor is severely outdated. If I would know better I would bet money that the sheets were not changed. They charge a 150.00 cleaning fee but was told they don’t come to clean the room or bring clean towels. Than I get an email telling me to put all dirty towels and collect all garbage and place it outside the room. Isn’t that what the cleaning fee Is for?

Great location! Facilities and pool were very well maintained. Room and common areas were very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The only issue we had was getting needed towels, coffee supplies and toilet paper. Nothing extra is provided and it can take up to 24 hours to get what you need. The building has a contracted cleaning company that only drops off supplies at a certain time of day. In our case it was the following day before we got what we needed.

The location was good, and having access to MGM was good. MGM have good foods and drinks

having a third party manage the property made our experience very unpleasant. Our room wasn't clean the whole time we were there, we couldn't get toilet paper, we couldn't get clean towel. it's was like being in a third world country in Vegas. I would never stay there again. For how much money we pay per night, we should have received a better service.

Valet was great, check in was also great! Room was still being cleaned when we went to it... slightly disappointed, we dropped our bags in the room and let the maid finish cleaning. When we went back to the room later that night, our room was clean. It would have been nice for the beds to have been made when we arrived. We stated that 5 people would be sleeping in the room, so having that set up would have been really nice and one less thing to prepare on vacation. View from the room was awesome!

Location was on the strip that was the only good thing about this trip.

First things first, the very first image on this listing is of MGM grand so we end up going to MGM grand only to find out that its with Signature. Booking.com should remove the image of MGM grand so that their customers don't get mislead. I had booked 2 rooms but the hotel denied me the other room, not sure if its Booking.com's fault or hotel's fault but we were the victims of this mishap at the end. We had to wait in the lobby for more than 3 hours and in the end had to make our own reservations so our kids can rest. Pathetic response from both hotel and booking.com Got a call from someone claiming to be the owner of the hotel (probably timeshare?), I can only advice them to learn to talk to their customers properly if they want to stay long term in the hospitality business. He was very rude over phone and said I don't care if you have small kids in your group, if you want just make another reservation. We were so frustrated in the end that instead of leaving the hotel, we had to make reservations at the same hotel.

The room was filthy! Long black hair all over the floor and in the beds. Poop smear and other dirty spots in the sofa bed sheets, the sheets were used by someone else and had not been changed. Old food left in the kitchenette. The shower runs lukewarm at best, does not get hot. I called customer service, room manager & MGM signature. No one would help me, no refund of my stay, no room change. I was stuck in a disgusting room with my kids. It was horrifying. I will NEVER stay here again. Stay in a real hotel where you'll actually get taken care of.

Great hotel for our family! Loved the kitchen with dishes! The parking situation was convenient. Close to pools, top golf, etc. great spot!

The phones didn’t work in our room and there was a dirty towel in one of the cabinets. We had k-cups with a drip coffee maker so we had to buy it from downstairs. The furniture was a little thrown around.

Very nice private property fit for anyone who is looking to stay in a place with a little kitchen and multiple people. Room view was amazing.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool for the 3rd tower wasn’t open and they close the other pools so early on weekdays. Also I found valet to be a bit of a hassle since tower 3 was closed during nights. Also the room was a bit dirty the floors and one of the bed had some sort of red crumb.

The pool was perfect, the access was nice and the temperature was great! I loved the pool and the room was very nice, it was nice and comforting, and the jacuzzi inside of the bathroom was a nice fit too! I really loved this stay, and the location is nice! If you go through the pass way to mgm grand, you have a whole food court and everything! And if it’s late or in the morning , they have a vending machine right where the elevators are.

The cleanliness wasn’t that good l, as the sheets were a bit dirty, and the jacuzzi had hair and dirt. Overall it wasn’t too bad but not very great either.

Our stay was fantastic. We found the hotel room and pool up to expectations.

The pools were perfect for the kids and we loved the spa! the staff EVERYWHERE was amazing. kind, gracious, helpful. quite impressive. The property was meticulously maintained.

I wish there had been some type tram or quicker way to get from the towers to either the Strip or the MGM Grand.
