Such lovely and helpful staff! At check-in the receptionist spoke simple/slow French that I could actually understand, and upon check-out I was personally assisted to find the right bus/stop for my journey to catch my train on time. Nice breakfast to start the day.

This hotel is ideal if you’re on a group tour/self driving. It’s a difficult location if you’re travelling on public transport - which you can’t rely on in this area. No Ubers, no taxis, buses that don’t turn up at stations, infrequent service. The area also felt unsafe to walk around at night because it was industrial and almost no pedestrians. Don’t go further than the tapas place next door if you’re on foot!! Also recommend insect repellent for the mosquitos.

Location and breakfast

Pillows very uncomfortable, towel very small. Other Ibis budget hotels have a more spacious room for 3 guests.

Convenient location off the highway near a shopping/industrial plaza. Several grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants in the plaza area. Everything was very clean and looked newly renovated. Plenty of parking on-site and a decent breakfast buffet.

You expect a "no-frills but clean" experience with Ibis Budget, but even by that standard, the frills were limited. There was no lift, so anyone with mobility issues or trouble carrying bags would be impacted. The bathroom was very small, especially the shower. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, but it was broken (not the one for the breakfast). Be advised that there is another Ibis (not Budget) off the same roundabout, so don't get confused.

Tiny room, lights were dimm and practically useless. The bathroom ventilation didn’t work

the hallways and the rooms were outdated, including the furniture. the tech to access the room can also be upgraded and invested in. For the type of breakfast the price was too high.

Good position for a stop on the way. Reception always open, basic room but we got everything we needed.

the bathroom was a bit smelly due no doubt to the drought and heat of the climate leading to wiffy water in the drains/toilet. it wasn't a huge problem, just a characteristic of the hot climate.

This hotel is in a good position in a commercial area with fast food and shopping mall near. it’s possible arrive to Arles city center by walking but it’s better have a car.

This hotel was too little and bathroom too little. There is not elevator but staff is very kind and always available.
