The property manager saying they where coming to inspect the place and never showed up on multiple occasions due to the property leaking and smelling musty like mold

Very accommodating. Close to everything. Very quiet neighborhood. The host was wonderful and very helpful. Fast response.

Located 15 minutes from the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Excellent accommodations.

Since we spent a week in Florida. It was nice to be more comfortable then in a hotel.

The bed we slept in was like a foam mattress. you sank in the bed. A little to soft.

The location was great. The little house is on a quiet street but very close to larger streets that take you to downtown Sarasota within ten minutes or so. We had no trouble with the key code. The little house has two nice bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room/dining room and a kitchen. The dining room table is placed so you can look out the window. We were easily able to access the wi-fi and located the thermostat for the heater. If you go through the garage to the outside, there is a lovely backyard where you can relax. It was too cold for us to enjoy that area, bur we were not there long. My friend who often travels to Sarasota said she'd be happy to stay there again.

It was difficult to find the trash can/recycle bins and we had to open many cupboards in the kitchen before we found the bins nicely tucked away in a cupboard.
