للأسف سوء إدارة وفوضى وعدم مصداقيه.. حجزت وصول متأخر وعند حضوري يقول موظف الاستقبال فل رغم رسالة تأكيد الحجز من قبلهم ( والمسألة كلها عند البنجلاديشي اللي بالاستقبال والا موظف الاستقبال لايعلم للأسف عن الحجوزات) زود على ذلك يلغى الطلب بناءا على عدم حضوري بعد حضوري بساعه

Very accommodating owner and friendly staff. Clean, standard hotel room but far from the center of town or eateries. With a car, it is likely an excellent choice.
They don't take foreign credit cards.

The staff was very friendly.
Although the apartment was neat and clean at first , there is only one thing that requires the owner's attention is the housekeeping. We requested, but no one did housekeeping.

الغرف نظيفة وجديدة، التكييف جيد، الانترنت مناسب، المنطقة هادئة، قريب من القطار مسافة 15 كيلو متر يوجد بجواره مول يسمى ماك سنتر. وعلى الطريق العام يوجد مطعم كودو ولكنه بعيد مسافة 7 دقائق مشي. ومطعم الرومانسية بعيد مسافة 7 دقائق بالسيارة
لا يوجد خدمات بجوار الاوتيل، مكانه بعيد عن الحرم ويوجد التفاف في الشوارع نظراً لاغلاق الشوارع بسبب تطويرها، مكلف من ناحية التنقل بين الحرم والاوتيل، وبعيد عن الحرم مسافة 8 كيلو تقريباً ويكلف المشوار الواحد من الحرم للفندق 15 ريال سعودي على الأقل. انصح باختيار اوتيل اقرب من الحرم، كونه لا يوجد خدمات بالقرب من الاوتيل. وتحتاح الى محول منفذ للشاحن كون منفذ الشحن مختلف عن شواحن الاتحاد الاوروبي.

Property was clean and good but it is far from Masjid e Nabawi.
Property is very far from masjid e nabawi. Distance mentioned on booking.com is wrong. They didn't even have card for hotel. I went to masjid e nabawi but couldn't find my way back.I tried to ring hotel but they never pick phone.They only speak arabic so it wasn't good for me as i can't speak arabic. It was a big hassle.luckily i remembered nissan dealership near the hotel and asked taxi driver to take me there and then from there i found hotel.
